General Hospital Recap 3/19/18: Harvey Fears Exposure, Orders Drew & Franco Killed

The General Hospital recap for Monday, March 19, reveals Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and General Hospital Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) continue to look for a way of escape, as Drew notices his wedding ring is missing. He vows to kill “all” of them if it was stolen. Franco tearfully recalls how General Hospital Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) told him no one would ever believe him because he was a bad boy. Drew listens as they hear the demolition crew overhead.

Ned Decides to Resign

Meanwhile, Sam Cain (Kelly Monaco) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) seeks General Hospital Ned Quartermaines’ (Wally Kurth) help in finding Harvey. He becomes upset when Elizabeth notes he and Harvey are friends but gives the ladies the address of Harvey’s hotel. Ned tells his wife Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCisero) the truth about Harvey and his blackmail scheme and that he has decided to resign as Mayor. Olivia vows to hold Harvey accountable for what he did.

Harvey Fears Exposure

In his hotel room, Harvey assures his goon he has the Mayor in his back pocket and that he will not hesitate to kill Drew and Franco if it becomes necessary. Sam and Elizabeth show up at Harvey’s hotel asking if he knows the whereabouts of Drew and Franco. Harvey lies as Sam agrees to leave her phone number in case he should see the men. As Elizabeth talks to Harvey, Sam finds Drew’s wedding ring on the floor. Once outside, Sam shows the ring to Elizabeth indicating Harvey has lied to them. Harvey becomes frightened and orders his man to kill Drew and Franco.

Jason Questions Anna

Across town, at the Metro Court, General Hospital Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) meets with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes). He questions her motives for wanting to find Henrik Faison (Wes Ramsey) and gives her the Manuscript. Anna tearfully refuses to give him an answer and asks him to trust her.

Griffin Convinces Brad

General Hospital Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen) convinces Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) he has good reason to request a DNA test. He labels the orders as Patient A for Peter and patient B for Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). Brad agrees to look the other way and to have the results by morning.

Maxie and Peter Bond

Meanwhile, Maxie West (Kristen Storms) and Peter continue to bond at Crimson as she thanks him for his help and he assures her she will be a great mom. When Maxie leaves, Peter calls the publisher to tell him he knows how the story ends and is ready to publish his manuscript “The severed Branch”.
