General Hospital News: Ryan Carnes Returns To GH As LucasGeneral Hospital spoilers and comings and goings are hinting that fan favorite Ryan Carnes is back on the set of GH and filming scenes as Lucas.

It has been quite a while since General Hospital fans have spotted Ryan in Port Charles, and Twitter is ecstatic about the casting news.

It’s unclear how long Lucas will be on our screens this time around, but we are hoping that the writers have cooked up an exciting storyline for him because it has been far too long since we saw him and would certainly like to know what he has been up to.

No one from GH has confirmed Ryan Carnes’ return, however no has denied it either!
