Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Kate Mansi Talks 'Chabby' and Charlotte's Paternity“Days of Our Lives” spoilers for the week of December 24 reveal that a big secret is about to be unleashed. During an interview with Soap Opera Digest, actress Kate Mansi discusses what to expect.

Gabi (Camila Banus) pulled a classic soap opera switcheroo and made everyone believe that Stefan DiMera (Tyler Christopher) was Charlotte’s father. However, as many fans suspected, the daddy is really Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn). Even though in her heart, Abigail thought Chad was the father, she believed the test results. Of course, at the time, she had no idea that her frenemy, Gabi, tampered with the results.

“Days of Our Lives” spoilers reveal that once Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) wakes up, she doesn’t remember the attack. However, she starts to recall the events on Christmas Day. There, she tells the shocking story about Gabi switching Charlotte’s paternity test results.

“I think somewhere in Abigail she always knew the baby was Chad’s. His betrayal of putting her in Bayview hurt so deeply, but something just didn’t feel right. She doesn’t put it past Gabi to do something like this. She also feels validated because this is the first real proof that’s she’s had to show Chad what a conniving woman Gabi is and how she’s spun this whole thing.”

“DOOL” spoilers confirm that Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) confirms that Julie is right, Chad is the biological father of Abigail’s baby girl. Even though this is a wonderful moment for “Chabby,” don’t expect them to jump back into being a happy family. A lot of damage was done and it’s not just Gabi’s fault. Chad should have believed his wife.

Expect Abigail to reunite Chad with his biological daughter, Charlotte. Right now, that is what is important to her, that the infant bond with her dad. As for “Chabby,” fans will have to wait and see if this relationship can be saved.
