Today’s Days of Our Lives begins as Sonny (Freddie Smith) tells Adrienne (Judy Evans) he and Leo (Greg Rikaart) are going to start dating.
Sonny Shares His Good News With Adrienne
Sonny believes Leo wants him more than the job. Sonny tells Adrienne that Leo had to decide between him and work and no he can start moving on with his life. Adrienne thinks Sonny is moving too fast with Leo. Sonny believes that if Will could remember what they had, he would want them together as well. Will comes by to see Adrienne, Sonny tells him Leo resigned so they can keep seeing each other. Will tells Sonny he over reacted about Leo. Sonny wants a double date with he and Leo and Will and Paul (Christopher Sean). Will tells Adrienne about the disappearing ink in Rolf’s diary. Adrienne knows Will would feel very different if he remembered his life with Sonny.
Leo Informs Kate He Has The Evidence They Need
Days of Our Lives’ Leo meet Kate (Lauren Koslow) in the park and tells her their idea worked right in the executive suite. Kate wants to know if it’s documented, Leo assure her it is, she replies the lawyers can handle it from here. Kate can’t pay Leo because she doesn’t have a job.
Jennifer Tries To Reason With Abby
Days of Our Lives’ Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Abby (Marci Miller) are talking at the pub, she’s going to plead guilty. Abby tells Jennifer she should not have trusted Andre (Thaao Penghlis). Abby is pleading guilty because Gabi (Camile Banus) needs to get out of jail. Abby won’t plead temporary insanity, she needs to atone for what she did. Abby tells Jennifer that Stefan (Tyler Christopher) threatened to put Chad (Billy Flynn) in prison for if she prosecutes him. Jennifer tells Abby she was Stefan’s victim, she could not control what happened with Stefan. Abby wants to know how Chad is supposed to love her the same after she slept with Stefan. Jennifer tells Abby to look at her grandmother’s history, she was in institutions for year and now she helps people. Abby wants to know how to come back from everything she did, Jennifer tells her to forgive herself. Later, Chad joins them to go to court, promising everything will be ok.
Chad Gets Trask To Arrange A Plea Deal
Days of Our Lives’ Chad is meeting with the prosecutor to try and keep Abby out of jail. Trask (Laura Kai Chin) tells Chad she is going to request that bail be denied and Abby be sent to Statesville to await trial. Chad wants Abby sent to a mental health institution instead. Chad says Marlena (Deidre Hall) will testify to Abby’s illness. Trask says Marlena will have to admit Abby tried to kill her too. Trask says Abby is never going to get well, the woman he loves is gone and is never coming back. Chad tells Trask the jury is already going to know she sent one innocent woman to prison. Chad wants a lesser charge for Abby, self-dense and time in a mental institution. Chad and Trask argue more about Abby and Gabi, she agrees to a plea. Trask tells Chad she has to sell the plea deal to the judge. Stefan show up as Chad is leaving and wants to know if Trask is going to let Kate get away with murder. Trask tells Stefan she doesn’t have enough to go after Kate.
Rafe Warns Stefan
Days of Our Lives’ Stefan throws Chad and Abby’s wedding photo and breaks the glass. The doorbells rings, its Rafe (Galin Gering) who questions the luggage, Stefan tells him it’s Chad and Abby’s. Rafe points out that Stefan got everything he came for but it will sting less once he goes to prison. Stefan wants to know if Rafe is there to arrest him. Stefan tells Rafe Abby won’t press charges because part of her still loves him. Stefan wishes he didn’t have a heart, this wouldn’t hurt so damn much. Rafe has an issue with Stefan’s statement about Vivian’s death. Rafe tells Stefan he has a lot of room to cry for justice when he framed Gabi.
Kate’s Guilt Conscience Produces Andre
Days of Our Lives’ Kate goes to her office at Dimera to clean it out and sees Andre at her desk, he says it looks like she has her answer, referring to Gabi being fired. Kate wants to know what Andre is doing there, he’s a figment of her guilty conscience. Andre tells Kate power is all that matters, she would never have betrayed him. Andre tells Kate not to pretend to have scruples after what she did to Vivian (Louise Sorel). Andre tells Kate that she lied to the police about how Vivian died. Andre tells Kate she will feel better if she tells him what really happened with Vivian. Rafe calls Kate and tells her the D.A. doesn’t have enough evidence to charge her with Vivian’s murder. Kate sits in the chair at her desk and we see her take the gun from Vivian. Vivian tells Kate that she won’t shoot, and goads her. Kate pulls the trigger and shoots Vivian.

Sonny Invites Leo To Spend The Night
Days of Our Lives’ Sonny comes up to Leo and kisses him in Horton Square, he needs his letter of resignation in writing and invites him to spend the night tonight.
Vivian Wakes Up
Days of Our Lives’ Vivian is on a cot in a darkened room, she wakes up wondering where she is. The door to Vivian’s room opens, she says “oh my god, it’s you.”
Leo Offers Will A Scoop
Days Of Our Lives’ Will comes up to Leo and apologizes for how he acted toward him. Will mentions the date Sonny wants them to go on. Leo tells Will that he didn’t quit Titan so he could be with Sonny and offers him the story of the year.
Sonny Has A Letter From Leo
Days of Our Lives’ Sonny goes home and Andriene hands him a letter. Sonny thinks it is Leo’s resignation, however, Leo is suing him for sexual harassment.
