Days Of Our Lives RECAP Friday, August 24: Sami Must Shoot Someone

The Days of Our Lives (DOOL) recap for Friday, August 24, 2018 reveals Sonny (Freddie Smith) walks up to Will (Chandler Massey)in the park. Sonny asks if Will is ok.

Will And Sonny Kiss

Will tells Sonny he feels weird. Will needs some water. Sonny offers to take Will to the hospital. Will tells Sonny he will be fine. Sonny knows Will doesn’t remember them being together. Will looks away when something is bothering him. Sonny takes Will’s hand and asks what happened. ”. Sonny is amazed that Will has remembered. Will tells Sonny how the memory came back. Will has to go. Sonny wants him to reveal all he has retained. Will asks Sonny if they can talk about it later. Sonny tells Will that it matters.

Will has to get back to the wedding. Sonny wants to know why Will is afraid to talk to him. Sonny thinks Will remembers his feelings for him. Will feels lucky because he loves Paul (Christopher Sean). Sonny accuses Will of running from his past. Sonny asks if loving Paul has to mean forgetting him. Will tells Sonny he felt the love from everyone.

Will felt his love for Sonny and Sonny’s love for him. Will remembers his vows to Sonny. Will recalls being pronounced married and the kiss. Memories keep coming back to Will. Will talks about Caroline’s (Peggy McKay) speech. Will recognizes Sami (Alison Sweeney). Will remembers Lucas (Bryan Dattilo) too. Will talks about how long it took to figure things out. Will remembers wanting his parents to be the perfect happy couple. Will remembers everything. Will and Sonny kiss.

Kristen Say E.J. Is Alive

Days of Our Lives’ Marlena (Deidre Hall) is ready to say “I Do.” Sami runs in screaming NO. Sami tells Marlena she can’t marry John (Drake Hogestyn). “Susan” (Stacy Haiduk) pulls a gun out of her purse. Marlena asks if Sami is drunk. Sami believes Marlena is going to die. Sami figured out her plan. Sami says she got away. Sami says she’s here somewhere. Eric (Greg Vaughan) tries to get Sami to leave.

Sami keeps saying she has to stop her. John asks Sam who Sami means. Sami grabs “Susan” and yells “ it’s you.” Marlena tells Sami that Susan is fine. Sami tells everyone that isn’t Susan at all. “Susan’s” wig comes off. Sami punches her, and her teeth hit Marlena’s bouquet. Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) reveals herself to everyone. Eric asks Kristen to let him get Sami out of there. Kristen refuses. Kristen has hidden all the phones. No one can call for backup. Steve lunges for Kristen, and she shoots a vase.

Marlena tries to talk to Kristen. Kristen plans to kill Marlena. Sami moves toward her. John tries to talk Kristen down. Abe (James Reynolds) tries to back Kristen down too. Marlena offers not to press charges. Kristen chose Marlena’s wedding day to kill her. “Happily ever after ain’t gonna happen.” Kristen threatens to kill Sami too. Brady (Eric Martsolf) approaches Kristen.

Brady talks to Kristen about their almost marriage. Eric comes up behind Kristen. Kristen tells Eric he made a big mistake. Brady and Eric try to calm Kristen down. Kristen mentions Theresa (Jen Lilley) and says Tate should have been hers. Kristen says she’s not going to shoot anyone. Kristen throws the gun to Sami and says you are. Kristen tries to push Sami to kill John. Brady talks to Kristen about their almost marriage. Eric comes up behind Kristen. Kristen tells Eric he made a big mistake.

Brady and Eric try to reason with Kristen down. Kristen mentions Theresa and says Tate (Kyle and Colin Schroeder) should have been hers. Kristen tells Sami that E.J. (James Scott) is alive. Sami tells Kristen she knows E.J. Kristen tells Sami she injected E.J. with something to save him. E.J. is alive, just like Will was alive. Paul asks about Will. Kristen pushes Sami until she points a gun at John. Eric grabs Sami’s arm as the gun goes off.
