The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick Risks All By Revealing Adam Information – Victor To Be Exposed

Nick (Joshua Morrow) is taking a major risk on ‘The Young and the Restless’. First he told Sharon (Sharon Case) about Victor (Eric Braeden) having helped Adam (Justin Hartley) escape from prison last summer. Then Nick implied that he was going to tell Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) the same information about Adam.

Chelsea went to see Victor to ask his advice about Chelsea 2.0. She tried to tell Nick what she was planning to do before visiting the ‘Moustache’ but wasn’t able to make contact with her boyfriend. Whether Nick follows through and tells the newest love of his life about Victor’s perceived involvement in Adam’s death remains questionable.

Nick put Sharon in a precarious position when he came partially clean. He only did so after his ex-wife told him that she knew he was withholding some type of family secret from her.

As viewers noted, Nick didn’t tell Sharon that Victor recruited Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) to frame Adam. Withholding that information was likely wise, as Sharon didn’t actually need to know anything. However, Nick understandably remains ashamed of what his father did.

Bribing a doctor to authorize Chloe’s early release from the mental hospital led to chaos. This author refrains from using the word tragedy, instead of chaos because he (like the audience) knows that Chloe is alive and well. All parties also suspect that a future recast Adam is alive.

If Nick opts to tell the woman he loves everything then Chelsea will know that Victor’s actions led to the deaths of Adam and Chloe. Knowing that the ‘Black Knight’ enabled Chelsea’s husband and best friend to leave the earth within less than a year of each other would apply a heavy burden on her soul.

Yes, Chelsea and Nick believe that both characters are dead. However, as devoted Y&R fans know, Chelsea is holding the secret of Christian’s (Jude and Ozzy McGuigen) true paternity deep in her heart. That mega-reveal would likely be triggered by emotion if Nick chooses to tell Chelsea what he knows now, or at some point this summer.
