General Hospital Spoilers: Wedding Day Drama – Maxie Skips Town – Felicia Gets Bad News – Mystery Guest Interrupts Naxie’s “I Do’s”

General Hospital (GH) spoilers show that after Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) failed to have the wedding of their dreams on New Year’s Eve, Nathan attempted to make things right by planning a surprise wedding for Maxie.

Although his heart is in the right place, Maxie cannot handle the sadness she is feeling and decides to slip out of town before anyone notices to go see her daughter, Georgie and Spinelli (Blake Berris).

After all the planning and help from Robin (Kimberly McCullough), Felicia (Kristina Wagner) and Mac (John J. York), Maxie is literally missing for her own wedding.

GH fans can’t help but wonder if Maxie and Nathan are destined to be together. New Year’s Eve is very significant for them, as it is the night they first met when he arrived as the tenant subletting her apartment while she went on her journey of eat-pray-love.

The next New Year’s Eve is when they shared their first kiss, remember the night they chased each other across the country, hoping to be together for the kiss at midnight?

General Hospital headwriter Shelly Altman give fans a glimmer of hope when she confirms they will ultimately be together, but not before a drama-filled wedding. Spinelli will have a hard time with the wedding but proves his love for Maxie by being there for her.

Felicia will receive bad news that could stop the wedding even before it begins and then an uninvited guest arrives who isn’t happy about their union. How could we forget about all the tension between the matron of honor, Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) and the groom’s sister, Nina Reeves (Michelle Stafford)? With all these people together in one room, how could things get any worse, right?

GH sources reveal that finally vows are exchanged and romance is in the air. Love seems to conquer all until someone is is accused of murder. There is a lot of excitement to look forward to, are you happy that Nathan and Maxie will finally be married?
