General Hospital News: Scarlett Fernandez And Brooklyn Rae Silzer Are Besties In Real Life [Photo]General Hospital fans absolutely adore pint-sized soap opera stars Brooklyn Rae Silzer and Scarlett Fernandez.  Charlotte and Emma may not spend a ton of time together in Port Charles, but it turns out that the tiny actresses are besties in real life!  And, we’re a little jealous.

Brooklyn Rae Silzer and Scarlett Fernandez are the best-friends that every girl wishes she had growing up.  Scarlett gave us a sneak peek in to her day out on the town with Brooklyn and her sister Londyn [who also appeared on GH] and they appear to be having a blast!

The Charlotte Cassadine portrayer shared on Instagram, “You know what the best part of being a child actor is? Meeting other actors and becoming lifelong friends!”  So cute!
