It all begins with Steven’s funeral and the real truth behind his brain tumor. Elsewhere, Mick and Linda try to repair their marriage while Woody agrees to take care of The Vic in their absence.

Steven’s funeral is anything but peaceful. That’s because a family liaison officer arrives on the scene to reveal that he didn’t have a brain tumor. Steven lied to Lauren about his fake brain tumor in a bid to keep her in his life. Lauren suggests that Josh should support her at the funeral tomorrow.

The more the truth comes out, the more Abi panics, realizing that her involvement in Steven’s deception might come to light. After all, she was the only person in one the scheme.

In the meantime, Linda has an emotional heart-to-heart conversation with Katy at the café. Also, Woody agrees to take care of The Vic in Mick and Linda’s absence. Linda missed her chance to tell Mick the truth before he surprised her with a special getaway.

Also, it looks like another Eastenders couple may be splitting up soon. Things haven’t been looking very good between Martin and Stacey Fowler. He’s out of prison now, but unfortunately things aren’t looking very good for Stacey. She can’t control her anxiety and is having uncontrollable outbursts, leading Martin to believe that their future together might be in jeopardy.
