“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, March 1, tease that Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Victor (Eric Braeden) will have a huge confrontation over Marco Anicell (Peter Bergman). At Newman Enterprises, Adam (Justin Hartley) joins Victoria in confronting Victor. Victoria stops Adam and suggests that he was in on it. Victor kicks Adam out so he can deal with Victoria alone.
Victoria shouts that Victor is obsessed with his company, but Victor blames Jack for setting all of this in motion. Victor isn’t pleased that Billy (Jason Thompson) handed over the proof either. Meanwhile, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) chats with Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) at the penthouse. She says she needs Nikki’s big plan to fail. Nikki implies that Adam is on his own now.
Chelsea still fears Adam will find a way to take on Victor and he’ll destroy their marriage in the process. Nikki is upset over her crumbling relationship, too. Adam shows up and Nikki lets him know that she’s backing out of their deal. Adam mentions the trouble between Victor and Victoria.
Nikki heads off and Adam tells Chelsea that he’s done with his father. That goes for the company as well. Chelsea brings up Paris again, but Adam says he wants to stick around. He has a feeling Victor is going down. Chelsea seems pacified and they make love.
At the athletic club, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) tells Billy that she’s going to turn Victor in. Billy hints that Victoria might be doing it already. Phyllis doesn’t feel confident that Victoria will actually hand her father over to the police. Phyllis feels she needs to be the one to come forward.
Nearby, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Dylan (Steve Burton) speak with Paul (Doug Davidson) and Christine (Laralee Bell) about Noah’s (Robert Adamson) case. When Christine says she’s sick of Newmans getting off scot-free, Sharon is furious. She thinks Christine is trying to make an example out of her son. Sharon also lashes out at Dylan and indicates that his new job has changed him.
As Dylan starts to leave, Phyllis approaches him with Billy. She says she has a serious crime to report. Once Phyllis spills her story, Paul informs her that these allegations carry serious weight. Phyllis assures Paul that her story is true. She wouldn’t put herself through this humiliation if it wasn’t. Dylan tracks down Marisa (Sofia Pernas) to learn more. Noah urges Marisa to spill all the details on Marco, so she blabs.
Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sage (Kelly Sulliva) will meet with Shawn (Devon Martinez), a pregnant teen who might give them her baby. At Crimson Lights, they discuss how Christian died. Sharon arrives moments later and talks about Nick being a good dad.
Sage and Shawn step away for a minute. Sharon wonders if Sage is really ready for this, but Nick thinks it’s the best thing for her. Elsewhere, Stitch (Sean Carrigan) opens up to Abby (Melissa Ordway) about Max’s (Jared Breeze) latest issue in school. Max’s teacher says he started the fight and Stitch doesn’t know what to do. Abby offers reassurance and states that Stitch is doing a great job with Max.
Back at Newman, Paul shows up to grill Victor about Marco. Victoria provides the evidence to back up Phyllis’ claims. As Paul places him under arrest, Victor doesn’t look well. He says he needs to go to the hospital. Nikki thinks Victor is making excuses, but Paul agrees to let Victor get checked out. An ambulance arrives to transport Victor.
The news about Victor’s arrest and hospitalization spreads to all of his family members. No one appears to be standing by Victor anymore. Abby eventually learns about Victor’s whole plan, but she’s instructed not to say anything. Victoria fears Stitch may not save Victor if he finds out the truth about Kelly (Cady McClain).
Later, everyone hears that Victor is going to be fine. The Newmans demand answers about Marco, but Victor calls them all traitors. He yells that they’ll be nothing without him. Y&R rumors hint that Victor will have to suffer through this alone. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on Victor’s fate.
