“The Bold and the Beautiful” fans which Forrester woman’s portrait should permanently hang over the mantel in the Forrester mansion? Should Stephanie Forrester’s, [Susan Flannery] the matriarch of the family, portrait go back up or should Maya Forrester’s [Karla Mosely] permanently replace Stephanie’s?
“B&B” spoilers for Monday, February 22 indicate that the fact that Ridge Forrester [Thorsten Kaye] swapped out May’s portrait and put Stephanie’s back up will infuriate Rick. Now, you would expect Eric Forrester [John McCook] to take Ridge’s side, but you never know.
Team Stephanie
No matter how many women Eric married or with whom he enjoyed affairs, Stephanie was always there when Eric came back home. Through thick and thin, better or worse, sickness and health, Stephanie supported most of Eric’s decisions and raised his family in that home.
We understand why Eric might take Rick’s side over Ridge’s – Papa Forrester isn’t Ridge’s biological father – but Stephanie was the backbone of the Forrester family and they’ve been a bit lost since her death. We’re guessing Eric will agree with Ridge and Maya’s portrait will come down.
Are you Team Stephanie? Should her portrait be the one in the place of honor over the mantel?
Team Maya
Maya and Rick haven’t been married very long, does Maya deserve to assume the role as matriarch of the Forrester family so quickly? Is Ridge right to be so upset that his mother’s portrait has been replaced by a newcomer to the family?
Rick has every right to expect that the Forrester family respect his bride, but to demand that they must accept Maya as the new Forrester matriarch? Isn’t that a little bit ridiculous? Maybe Rick and Maya should be married a few more years before Maya becomes the female head of the family?
Are you Team Maya? Is it time for the Forrester family to move on? Maybe Stephanie’s portrait should be moved to another room?
Or perhaps “The Bold and the Beautiful” viewers believe neither woman’s portrait should be placed over the mantel? Should the space be empty for a while, maybe forever? Maybe Ridge is waiting to put Caroline Forrester’s [Linsey Godfrey] portrait up there?
The home belongs to Eric and Stephanie Forrester. Eric was nice enough to allow Rick and Maya to move in. That didn’t give Rick the right to take Stephanie’s portrait down and replace it with Maya’s portrait! Maya hasn’t even begun to earn the title of matriarch. Rick had a grudge against Stephanie and he’s behaving like a spoiled child! They should buy their own home and put Maya’s portrait up in there!
This is Ridiculous and stupid … Seems like Race baiting to me!!! Of course Stephanie’s picture belongs there. .. Rick was not raised there. .. He was the side chics child… Eric is letting him totally disrespect his wifes death and home.. Had it not been for Stephanie’s money that started Forrestor… None of them would be where they are…. And Rick and Maya child is not Stephanie’s grandchild… Rick is out of line… Hang Maya’s pic going up the stairs or in the dinning area… Also black women speak up we Dont act like how soaps write us and sit back and let our men do stuff like Rick is doing which is ticking me off we respect the dead and elders and Maya should demand that Rick stop this dumb request and hang her protrait somewhere else!!!!
I was never a big fan of Stephanie but her portrait belongs in her home & Eric shouldn’t have ever let him take it down. Rick’s just throwing a tantrum tantrum & Ridge isn’t any better. Eric needs to put things in order as they should be but he’s never had the stones to do what’s right.
