Could the gig be up for too-good-to-be-true Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) on General Hospital? It seems that being Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) kidney donor is the only thing the Corinthos family knows for certain about the pretty young blonde.
Could the eager-to-please young woman be harboring a more sinister motive for hanging around Port Charles?
Unfortunately for Nelle, Bobbi Spencer’s (Jaclyn Zeman) maternal instincts are telling her that the girl might be nothing more than a gold-plate fake!
Josslyn’s mom Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) was desperate to find the donor who saved her tween daughter’s life. But oddly enough, Josslyn’s dad Jax (Ingo Rademacher), fought her efforts and was dismayed when Nelle arrived in town.
What does sensible, even-keeled business man Jax know about Nelle, and why did he run off when she appeared?
On the surface, Nelle has been a godsend to the Corinthos clan. She always seems to be in the right place at the right time, with the right words of comfort for each and every troubled member of this very troubled family.
Right before Morgan (Bryan Craig) died, she tried to help him feel normal about being abnormal. She counseled Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) when he relinquished custody of the baby he’d been caring for. She’s trusted to take care of baby Avery, and she’s watching over Sonny (Maurice Benard) in his time of need.
Wow! She has time for all of that while being Carly’s right hand and confidant?
Bobbi Spencer has street cred, and she knows a con when she sees one. Does she suspect that Nelle is pulling a fast one?
Seeing how smooth-talking Nelle handled Carly recently made Bobbi’s radar go off, and she let the girl know she’s watching her.
Will Bobbi be the one to put Nelle on blast and blow her cover? Or is Bobbi being an overprotective mom who’s going to catch heat for doubting Nelle?

It is probably only me but it would be nice to have a “nice” character with no ulterior motives (at least not nasty ones). There is plenty of time for the writers to find ways to make people devious after they are already established.
I totally agree but this is a soap and everyone always has ulterior motives 🙂
I totally agree! You don’t always have to be devious to have drama. You can have drama, even when you’re doing everything right.
