‘General Hospital’ (GH) Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) is a mother of 3, surgical nurse, former friend of Sabrina (Teresa Castillo) and granddaughter of Dr. Steven Hardy (John Beradino). She has been through a lot this past year. Lately, she has been seen around town with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) who has been taking care of her since she was pushed down a flight of stairs at General Hospital by Serial killer and ex D.A. Paul Horsby (Richard Burgi). Some fans wonder if this is such a good match. Could Elizabeth do better? GH spoilers reveal a little romance is headed her way. Let’s look then you decide who is the best match for Liz.
Franco Baldwin
Former serial killer and Artist. Son of Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) and Heather Webber (Robin Mattson) and half-brother to Steven Webber (Scott Reeves). Franco terrorized Jason and Sam in 2011 and kidnaped Elizabeth’s son Aiden (Twins Adrian and Brett Ritter) in 2010. In 2013 it is discovered he had a brain tumor; which was causing his erratic behavior. The tumor was removed and Franco was redeemed. Fast forward to the present, Liz and Franco have begun to show an interest in each other. Some fans say there is no chemistry between the two. Others worry the family ties are too close to being incestual; forbidding any kind of relationship. Some might even say Franco is a little creepy.
Still others think the two make a great pair. Franco has become caring and loving; showing his softer side, but ABC spoilers reveal Franco is starting to struggle to maintain his jealous nature. Elizabeth does need a companion and they seem to be getting along fine. He even saved the day by discovering his mother Heather was responsible for the attempted murders of Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes) and Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman); allowing General Hospital to open its doors once again.
Dr. Griffin Monroe (Matt Cohen)
Griffin arrived in Port Charles with a secret. He is the son of former Mob Enforcer Duke Lavery (Ian Buchanan) He was a priest who fell in love with and slept with another’s man wife. He and Elizabeth have become good friends while working at GH and they shared a very provocative look at the Metro Court Halloween party while Liz helped him with little Charlottes’ temper tantrum. General Hospital spoilers tease Dr. Munroe may be headed for some romance very soon. Could it be with Liz? That look was enough to set off a bit of jealousy in Franco who promptly began taunting him about being a priest and a daddy. Could it be possible the good Priest will hang up his cloth for a chance at love? Could you see these two as lovers? He would be a good catch. He’s handsome and kind. Aside from a few secrets, he seems to have a clean past and he could use Elizabeths’ expertise in parenting to help save the day with Charlotte.

I like Griffin but I don’t want him with my girl Liz. She should be with Franco. They are a great pair. The writers can come up with a new love interest for Griffin.
I wanted Griffin with Liz the moment it came out that Matt Cohen was cast on GH.
I think Griffin would be good for Liz, and all three of her boys.
Griffin, because i actually see romantic chemistry. Unlike Friz, they have chemistry just not romantic. Plus i dont want my girl with another insecure POS. Plus General Hospital is in need of a hospital romance.
All good points
Elizabeth doesn’t deserve Griffin. I, personally, don’t think the character has much chemistry with anyone.
GRIFFIN!
Liz should be with Griffin. There is a friendship between Franco and Liz, but I don’t see anything physical. (its like a Jason and Carly thing) Franco means well but has way to much of a violent streak. Trying to be protective, but being a little controlling.
