‘General Hospital’ News: Brooklyn Rae Silzer Wraps Filming Storyteller (Photos)

“General Hospital” star Brooklyn Rae Silzer (Emma Drake) has added a new movie to her credits. “The Storyteller,” shot in Indiana, finished filming this week. Details on her Instagram account reveal that the GH actress had a great time on location this summer.

“That’s a wrap on The Storyteller!” Silzer reported. “Amazing experience & memories…#thestoryteller #moviemaking #forevermemories.”

Silzer had the added benefit of working with some familiar faces. GH stars Constance Towers (Helena Cassadine) and Kristina Wagner (Felicia Scorpio) are also in the upcoming movie.

Pictures from the set show a smiling Silzer surrounded by cast members. Included are candid shots with Wagner and Towers.

Set for release in 2017, “The Storyteller” is about a youngster whose special presence mends a fractured family. Parents will appreciate that this is a film that families can enjoy together. “The Storyteller,” has already won the PAGE International Screenwriting Awards Silver Prize for Best Family Film Script.

And, GH fans will definitely appreciate seeing three of GH’s finest together on the big screen. Silzer’s character Emma Drake is living off-screen with her “Scrubs” parents Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Robin (Kimberly McCullough). Wagner and Towers seem to come and go in Port Charles, depending on storyline dictates.

But, with grandmother Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) living in town, fans may get to see Silzer visit Port Charles every now and again.

That would be great news for GH fans who saw Silzer grow both as an actress and a young girl through the years. Silzer is super talented, and there is no doubt we will continue to see her career blossom as time goes on.
