'General Hospital' News: Alum Scott Reeves Teases Return To 'Nashville' On ABCScott Reeves is teasing a return to the primetime series ‘Nashville‘. Reeves previously played the role of Steve Webber on ‘General Hospital’ and Ryan McNeil on ‘The Young and the Restless‘. Viewers may remember Reeves on the last season of Nashville as Noel Laughlin a musical agent.

Reeves shared a photograph via Instagram of him holding what seems to be a script for the series. The script cover is labelled Nashville and photo is captioned “hmmmm…” Fans are ecstatic about this news, commenting their joy on the picture he posted. The series is scheduled to return with new episodes on March 16 on ABC. Reeves only appeared on 3 episodes of Nashville, could he be appearing in more this season?

Reeves is well connected to daytime soap operas. He is currently married to Melissa Reeves who plays Jennifer Horton on ‘Days of Our Lives‘. They have been married since 1990, together they have 2 children. He has had several daytime stints as well. He made a guest appearance as himself on ‘As the World Turns’ in 2005. He played Steve Webber on GH from 2009 – 2013. Steve was in a relationship with Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) at the time of his exit. Steve was also Liz’s (Rebbeca Herbst) brother.

Aside from that he also had a brief stint on DAYS as Jake back in 1988. He is popular for playing Ryan McNeil on Y&R from 1991 – 2001. Ryan became popular upon him being paired with Victoria, who was played by Heather Tom at the time. Apart from his daytime career, he is also a well established musician. He is associated with the group Port Chuck. The group consists of former GH co-stars Brandon Barash, Bradford Anderson and Steve Burton.
