‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers Wed. August 19: Marisa Traps Marco-He and Jack Faceoff, Cane Forgives Lily, Neil Follows Hilary

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Wednesday August 19, 2015 reveal that Jack and Victor have come to an agreement to dissolve the partnership of Newman Jabot.  Rather than be happy, both the Newman family and the Abbott family are skeptical about the reasons the partnership ended.  Meanwhile, Marisa seduces Marco and when he wakes up he is all tied up.

The Wednesday August 19, 2015 episode of “Y&R” opens with Victor (Eric Braeden) telling Jack (Peter Bergman) he can call Paul (Doug Davidson) if he wants but when he tells the truth he will be extradited and rot in jail. Victor asks who will protect his family then. Jack tells you, “You created this monster you pull the plug it is not my problem.” Victor tells him, “It is our problem. Jabot and Newman joining was a business proposition gone badly. You can have Jabot back if you agree not to make that call.”

Marisa (Sofia Pernas) tells Marco (Peter Bergman)she waited to long to kiss him and she knows he has waited to long too. Marco tells her, “A women kisses me I react I am not dead.” Marisa tries to convince him to leave town but Marco tells her she is good, but not that good. Marisa asks Marco if it is worth dying for. Marco refuses. Marisa tells him, the Marco she knew was smart this Marco is going to stay and die because he can never be Jack Abbott again.

Ashley (Eileen Davidson) demands to know what is going on. Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) tells Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) off and tells her she will not have her husband insulted. Ashley asks Nikki if she has questions about Victor when Nikki agrees Ashley tells her they should all go and get answers.

Cane (Daniel Goddard) is at the rooftop pool with his children. His daughter asks if he and Mommy are getting a divorce.

Lily (Cristel Khalil) tells Neil (Kristoff St.John) he is her hero for supporting Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan). Neil tells her it is his son, he did not have a choice and he hopes they get the happiness they deserve.

Lily and Devon are on their Honeymoon.

Lily and Neil are at the Athletic Club bar and she asks him to have lunch or go to a movie. Neil tells her he appreciates it but he is going to go out of town for a bit. Lily offers to go with him but Neil tells her he has to get away on his own and figure things out.

Cane asks the kids where they heard he and Lily were getting a divorce? Cane tries to explain that he still loves their Mommy.

Jack cannot believe the price for his silence is something he owns Jabot and Victor and Marco stole from him. Victor tells him the merger meant nothing to him. Jack starts to list the things that Victor took from him and he cannot believe Victor is offering to give him Jabot back. Victor tells him he can have Jabot if he keeps his mouth shut. Jack tells him it is going to take more than Jabot to stop from blowing things sky high.

Marco tells Marisa things have not gone as he planned. Marisa tells him he is greedy but Marco thinks he is freer as Jack Abbott. Marisa tells him that Genoa City is not for him too many rules. Marco accuses her of wanting to get out of town so she can have Jack Abbott. Marisa tells him Jack does not know her he knows her and maybe he needs her. Marco asks why he should believe her.

Hilary tells Devon marriage makes a difference but it does not but it is different. They both agree it is forever and they made it.

Cane tells Lily he put sunscreen on the kids. Lily tells him that Neil is going away for a few days. Cane thinks Neil deserves time away. Lily asks if Cane is ready to forgive her. Cane tells Lily he can get past what happened and forgive her for the kids and Lily tells him he cannot just forgive her for the kids.

Marisa is mad and tells Marco if he cannot believe her she has had it. Marisa tells Marco when she thought he died something died in her and she gave the police a wrong picture for him. Marco tells Marisa he saw her with Noah (Robert Adamson) she went from a man to a boy. Marisa tells Marco, “I always do what it takes to keep my head above water. Don’t make me beg you know I want you.”

Phyllis, Nikki and Ashley barge into Victor’s office where he is meeting with Jack and they ask what is going on and what is happening why they shook hands. Victoria walks in and Jack announces, “Victor and I just signed a hand written agreement which is legal to end the partnership between Jabot and Newman.” They are all shocked it is over there is no Newman Abbott. Victor tells them the merger did nothing for his bottom line. Victor asks them why they are not pleased.

The ladies are not pleased and they are grilling Victor and Jack. Victor tells Jack he can talk to his family and he will talk to his. Ashley calls Victor and Jack’s performance insipid. Jack tells Ashley to throw the Newman Abbott business cards. Phyllis and Ashley are skeptical that Victor has agreed.

Marisa is furious and asks Marco if it is the bitch Phyllis that is keeping her here. Marco accuses her of being jealous. Marisa tells him she knows he wants it and she wants him. They kiss passionately.

Lily tells Cane she does not want a fake marriage. She wants them to be the best example for their kids. Cane tells her this is all he can offer. Lily reminds Cane how many times he lied to her but they healed together. He tells her it is different when she got into bed with Joe she forgot about them.

Devon and Hilary talk about being a normal couple and what they are going to do on their honeymoon. Hilary tells Devon she wants it all the white picket fence and baby making.

Lily tells him she know what it is to forgive someone that hurt you. She tells him she loves him and wants a life with him. Cane tells her he needs to take it one step at a time. Lily wants to know what step they are at now. She leans in and kisses him. Lily tells him she misses him. The twins run over and say, “Mommy and Daddy are kissing again.”

Hilary and Devon are taking a helicopter ride looking at the view.

Victor is a table at the Athletic Club with Victoria and Nikki and Nikki wants to know why Victor gave back what he always coveted.

Jack tells Phyllis and Ashley he did not have to strong arm Victor he simply agreed the merger was a mistake. Ashley is not buying it and asks Phyllis if she believes the crap. Phyllis tells her she does not care she is just glad the merger has ended. Ashley picks up the agreement and says, “I am surprised it is not written in blood.”

Marco wakes up and Marisa has him tied up. Marco tells her she has a death wish.

Jack tells Ashley the why is not important just the face they have Dad’s company back. Jack gets a call it is Marisa she says, “Come to your family’s cabin there is a package here, all tied up and ready for you.”

Hilary and Devon are back and Devon is sick he has had motion sickness. Devon tells Hilary to go for a walk he is going to rest.

Victor tells Victoria and Nikki the merger was not friendship and not good business. Victor originally thought Jack was behind the plot against him but now he realizes he was not and it was most likely another Abbott. Victoria wants to know who is behind the Paragon Project and Victor tells them they do not know.

Jack tells Phyllis and Ashley he has to deal with something regarding the resolution of the merger and he leaves. Ashley tells Phyllis she does not believe Phyllis believed the play-acting. Ashley thinks Phyllis knows something and tells her she is going to tell her.

Cane asks Lily to come over at bedtime to tuck the kids in and she does not have to leave. Lily asks if it is for the kids and Cane tells her it is for the kids and for them and maybe they can get there. They hug.
Devon is in bed sleeping and Hilary is exploring she is on a trail and Neil shows up Hilary is shocked.

Phyllis tells Ashley she has not idea why Jack and Victor broke up the company and she does not care it is a good thing. Ashley keeps at Phyllis and Phyllis gets mad and says, “Back off, You know what this could hurt me and Jack and even Victor! We are all in danger, everyone of us!”

Marco tells Marisa, “Kill me now, because if I get loose. I swear… ” Marisa tells him he use to scare her but not anymore. They hear the door opening. It is Jack he comes over to where Marco is tied. Jack looks up at Marisa and says, “Thanks, just what I wanted!”

Marco lifts his self-up and yells, “RUN JACK, RUN JACKIE! RUN BEFORE I GET YOU!” Jack replies sarcastically, “You are panicking Marco, you should be because now finally your fate is in my hands!” Marisa smiles… Marco looks furious.
