‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers May 25: Tobias Crashes The Party-Has Fatal Accident, Kevin Finds Evidence, Flack is MIA, Nikki Is Out-Of-Control

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for May 25, 2015 episode reveals that the uninvited guest to the Abbot/Newman party was Tobias Grey the man Victor hired to spy on Jabot.  Tobias was drunk and unhappy and ready to spill secrets that he knew.  Meanwhile, all the action at the party led Nikki to fall further down the bottle and Neil jumped to her defence.  Mariah and Kevin learn critical information about the Cabin Killer.

Today’s episode of Y&R opens with Tobias [Jeffrey Christopher] walking into the Newman/Abbot merger party. Victor [Eric Braeden] tells him to leave Ashley [Eileen Davidson] tells him she is going to have him arrested. Flack [Peter Bergman] walks up to Tobias and tells him they don’t need spies anymore they are one company NOW.

Tobias is drunk and tells them if they are not nice he is going to tell all Victor’s dirty secrets. Tobias jumps up on the bar and says he is talking to the backstabbers and liars. He goes on to say, “How about we talk about whom your fearless leaders are. Show of hands who wants to hear their dirty secrets?”

Nick [Joshua Morrow] comes to see Sage [Kelly Sullivan] who is dressed up for the party. Nick tells her the family at the party is not fun. She wants to go to support him with his family. Since thier baby will be their family too. Nick tells her he has told everyone she is pregnant.

Noah [Robert Adamson] is at Cassie’s [Camryn Grimes] graveside visiting her. Noah is telling Cassie about Courtney [Kelly Gross] and how he could not say goodbye to her, he does not even know where she is buried. Mariah [Camryn Grimes] walks up behind Noah and hears what he says she cries.

Kevin [Gregg Rikaart] is on Paul’s [Doug Davidson] computer and he finds something he wants to print an officer walks in and asks Kevin, “What are you doing on the chief’s computer?”

Tobias lifts his glass of champagne and says he is revealing the intimate details of the Genoa City residents. “Money, entitlement but these people think they know everything. This man right here….” he points to Victor and Victor says, “it is enough!” Billy [Burgess] Jenkins} says, “Shucks Victor it cannot hurt to hear him out!”

Tobias says Victor hired me to spy on Jabot and Ashley found out and fired me. I bet it has happened to other people right. Flack says that is enough ignore the irrational ranting…. Tobias says, “You are all rich, entitled monsters and I am not the only one to say so.”

Ashley tells him to stop and get out. Tobias calls Ashley an ice queen. Billy says he knows Tobias, he is a weasel but harmless and they should put him in a taxi. Billy escorts him out and Tobias screams, “You all will regret this you are swimming in a pool of filth!”

Billy says, “Jack if that is the entertainment at the party I want my money back.” Nikki [Melody Thomas Scott] goes to the corner and takes another drink. However Billy tells Victor and Flack he is not going to let the jerk ruin it for Cassie and her family.

Noah sees Mariah and asks if she is there to see Cassie and she says no and makes an excuse. Noah tells her she has a right to be there even though she did not meet Cassie. Mariah tells him she always thinks about what could have been.

Mariah heard what Noah said and tells Noah to asks Courtney’s parents once more where Courtney is buried, she begs him to try again!

Lily comes up to Neil and asks if he is okay she felt Neil got aggressive with Tobias. She also heard about his fight with Billy. He tells Lily to worry about herself not him.

Kyle tells Flack and Phyllis that he and Summer saw Tobias spying on them before at Crimson Lights. Flack and Phyllis ask them to stay away from Tobias because he is crazy

Abby and Summer are upset about Tobias outburst – Abby does not understand why he said he is not the only one who thinks they are scum. They are glad they did not tell Phyllis and Flack that they saw Tobias before. Kyle thinks perhaps Tobias has something to do with the killer.

Kevin tells the officer that Paul asked him to check something on his computer. The cop leaves and Mariah walks in and tells him she cannot believe he lied to the police. Kevin wants to tell her what he found out when he was on Paul’s computer.

Victoria [Amelia Heinle] tells Billy maybe it is like Flack said the merger could be good for both of them. Victoria reminds Billy how they once talked about opening a company together.

Nick introduces Sage to Victor and Nikki. Nikki is surprised that Nick has not told Noah yet about the pregnancy. Noah is there and Nick tells him about the baby. Noah says, “WOW!” He congratulates them.

Victor calls for a toast and Nikki says not me and Sage says you don’t have to not drink for me and she says nastily, “I don’t think AA would like it.” Nikki leaves…

Dylan follows and asks how she is Nikki says she is not okay, “I am watching both my sons saddle themselves with women who will only hold them back. Why would two smart men want to get involved with women like that?” Dylan tells her he knows how she feels about Sharon and does not want to get into it.

Nothing is stopping Nikki and she tells Dylan he is turning out just like Nicholas running after the little bird that turns out to be a vulture. She looks up and says, “Oh hello Sharon!”

Kevin tells Mariah Paul pulled a list of disgruntled employees – he shows her the list and Tobias Grey is on the list. Kevin thinks it is progress because Tobias was snooping and Kevin wants to ask him questions.

Dylan tells Nikki they are not getting into it right now. Sharon says, “Today is not the day we are all mourning Cassie.” Nikki sarcastically calls her noble. Sharon tells Nikki, “You should try to get along with Sage she is carrying your grandchild.” Nikki asks Sharon when she is going to stop taking advantage of the Newman men. She leaves…

Sage is talking to Victor – he tells her people are saying unkind things about her and the pregnancy. Sage sarcastically, “Ya I am a gold digger” Victor asks her why she left Gabriel and his money. She tells him Nick is a good man. Nick comes over and asks if everything is okay?

We hear sirens – Lily walks over, there has been a severe car accident and the person in the accident was at the party. Phyllis asks WHO?? Lily says she does not know but will find out and Victor says to Nick, “WHERE IS YOUR MOTHER???” Nick replies, “I don’t know!”

Lily comes back and tells everyone they have an update, the driver of the car was Tobias. She offers to get cabs for everyone if they have been drinking. Billy regrets not making sure Tobias got in a taxi.

Kyle wants to go to the hospital the gang hopes that Tobias will talk.

Mariah and Kevin are at Tobias’ place they are going to try to get in.

Victoria comes to Noah and comments how it must be weird to have another brother or sister on the way.

Nick and Victor are relieved Nikki is fine and Victor leaves to find Nikki he sees her and he asks if she is drinking. Nikki accuses Victor of being the reason Tobias had the accident. Nikki says her and Tobias should compare notes on how they have sold their soul. She goes on about how she is drowning in filth like Tobias said. Victor tells Nikki she is beginning to disgust him.

Nikki is at the bar drinking with a man she does not know Neil comes and takes her arm and she tells him, “I have a new friend and I am finally having fun.” Nikki asks if Neil is having fun waltzing in with his son’s ex-girlfriend. The man tells Neil, “Me and Nikki are taking this party upstairs” Nikki giggles.

Dylan tries to make Sharon feel better about Nikki but Sharon tells him it is okay. They talk about kids and the fact Dylan has no kids and Sharon tells him you can’t count anything out.

Sage apologizes for not knowing Nikki was sober. He tells her with his father she should duck and hide. She tells him she is not feeling queasy and they start making out.

Kevin and Mariah have gotten into Tobias room.

Abby, Summer and Kyle come into Tobias hospital room they tell him they have to talk to him. Summer asks him why he lied to them, why he followed them. Tobias is pretty beaten up and gasps, “You need to know…”

Dylan tells Sharon he has to clear his stuff out of Avery’s apartment he has to leave and do it. She kisses him on the cheek and he leaves. There is a knock on the door and it is Dylan he came back he kisses her!

Phyllis is looking everywhere for Flack, she cannot find him it seems he has gone MIA.

Billy and Victoria walk in and see what is happening and Billy goes to stop Neil from hitting the man. Neil screams at the man, “Keep your hands off her.” Nikki goes over and says to her drinking buddy, “Oh baby are you hurt….”

Victor is talking to someone on the phone and says, “It is your DAMN job to keep your eyes on Jack Abbot I want an update immediately, GOT IT!!”

In Tobias’ room Kevin and Mariah have found a 3-D printer and fingerprint molds. Mariah says that is how they got Sharon’s prints on the murder weapon that is how they did it. Mariah also found the stolen hard drives from the police station.

The Scooby Doo gang are still trying to get Tobias to answer questions – Summer keeps saying, “What do you know? Tell us!” Tobias says, “Austin…” then he codes.

Meanwhile Flack is looking in the window and then turns around and SMILES!
