“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday June 16, 2015 reveal that Cane tells Lauren and Lily that Michael has orchestrated all the events of the past couple of months. Kyle tells Flack that he may have revealed too much to Summer and Flack goes ballistic. Michael stops a confrontation between Avery and Joe.
Tuesday’s episode of Y&R opens with Michael [Christian LeBlanc] speaking to Avery [Jessica Collins] about her wanting to leave Genoa City. Michael wants to know why Avery really wanted to leave because he is not buying her explanation.
Devon [Bryton James] wants to know why Lauren [Tracey E. Bregman] really wants to break her lease. He knows her business is doing well he sees her clothes flying off the rack. Lauren claims she does not feel the location is a good fit and Lily walks in and agrees.
Phyllis [Gina Tognoni] wants to know why someone would text Flack about “M” and some man. Flack [Peter Bergman] claims it was just a mistake, a wrong number. Phyllis says well it came from unknown and Flack says well what a terrible message for someone, “Both dead!”
Kyle [Lachlan Buchanan] walks in, he needs to talk to Flack in private. Phyllis leaves and Flack asks Kyle if he and Summer [Hunter King] had an argument. Kyle tells him yes and he feels he and Summer should not have had the conversation they did.
Victor [Eric Braeden] asks Summer what she has to tell him. Summer tells him she heard some things from Kyle and she got worried. The merger never made sense but just because Newman/Abbott exists does not mean the families work. Summer tells Victor and Victoria [Amelia Heinle] she does not want Kyle in the middle of the Newmans ad the Abbotts fighting. Victor assures her it won’t come from their side. Summer tells him she loves him and leaves.
Victoria feels Summer wanted to tell them someone and Victor agrees they now know the Abbotts are planning a move against them and Victoria wants to know what they do next.
Lily [Christel Khalil] and Lauren gets into a fight about Cane [Daniel Goddard] again.. Lily is pissed off and Devon wants them to quiet down in the middle of the Athletic Club is not a place to fight. Cane walks in and tells them to quiet down you can hear them through the Club. Lily starts freaking and accuses Cane of cheating. Cane loses it and tells her it was Michael he set everything up.
Joe [Scott Elrod] walks into Crimson Lights and Michael tells Avery to calm down she has a restraining order. Avery is not listening and gets up and goes to Joe and tells him to get out. They start to bicker and Joe asks her why she is there, “Dylan traded you in?” Michael angrily gets up and says, “This conversation has gone on long enough Joe on the way!”
Victoria feels Summer knows someone but she is too loyal to Kyle to tell them. Victor feels Kyle knows more than he is letting on. Victor thinks Summer is in love and maybe Victoria can lend her a sympathetic ear. Victoria says she will talk to Billy because Billy is not always careful and may give everything away.
Kyle tells Flack that Summer saw them at the hospital when they were talking about their plan. Kyle tells Flack that he did not tell Summer anything but she knows enough to know there is something going on and he thinks she may warn Victor. Flack freaks, “What the hell did you do, after all my planning, after all my work, you blew it over a girl??”
Victor tells Victoria that the merger is the best thing for Newman and now he and Flack are friends.
Flack is tearing into Kyle, “What the hell were you thinking, this is bigger than you and your little romance. Flack slaps Kyle. This is huge and you blew it!” He slaps Kyle again and Kyle looks shocked and denies he told Summer anything. Flack goes on, “You warned Summer and she warned Victor and our advantage is gone, thanks.! Kyle apologizes. Flack calms down and tells Kyle he did the right thing by coming to him he should always feel like he can trust him. Flack apologizes for overreacting.
Flack tells Kyle, “Victor thinks he owns me, that I am under his thumb but this is a fight for my life, for my family.” Kyle apologizes again but Flack says he can turn it to his advantage.
Phyllis talks to Summer and tells her Kyle is worried about her and Summer says he is worried she will talk to Victor, Phyllis is surprised. Summer says she is sick of the Newmans and Abbotts fighting she just wants a normal life and she thinks there is always going to be something in the way.
Michael tells Joe he is going to call the police on Joe he has to leave.
Cane tells Lauren Michael’s treatment may be making him think he has to protect Lauren and he had to see her settled. Cane tells them he wanted to talk about this in private but they need to see Michael has manipulated everything. Lily tells Lauren this does not mean she gets to kiss Cane, she is disgusting. Lily leaves and Devon walks after her and tells her this is not the time to run it is the time to discuss with her husband. Lily does not care she makes a nasty comment about Devon and Hilary [Mishael Morgan] and how he cannot understand.
Flack has calmed down and tells Kyle no one knows better than him how they do crazy things to keep their women and he has made bonehead moves. Kyle says, “In your case Dad she came out of a coma for you.” Flack looks confused and Kyle says, “Oh I thought you were talking about Phyllis.” Flack regroups and says, “Yes, Red, no doubt about it!”
Phyllis wants to know what Kyle told her but he did not because Kyle says it was for her own good. Phyllis wants to know if Kyle gave her any specifics and Summer says, “No!” Summer tells Phyllis that she had to tell Victor.
Devon tells Hilary he wants to plan their wedding. Hilary wants a justice of the peace but Devon wants a beautiful wedding that they can be proud of. Hilary thinks out of respect they should keep it low key. Devon wants to celebrate their love.
Michael does not get it, he does not get why Avery is scared of Joe she has dealt with convicts. Michael asks Avery if Joe has hurt her. She sobs and tells him it was a long time ago and it was only once. Michael tells Avery no matter how Joe was treated, as a child Joe is responsible for his actions and not Avery. Michael tells her a restraining order is not going to stop Joe they have to decide what to do.
Lily walks in to the coffee shop, sees Michael comes over and slaps him. Michael says he understands why she is upset and perhaps she wants to hit him again. Lily says, “First I caught you with a prostitute and next you try to pimp your wife out. You almost got her and Cane a room!” Michael tells her how about this, “Searing pain, radiation treatment, months of hormone treatment, giving myself shots everyday does that cut me any slack?” Lily freaks and says, “I had a cancer, don’t tell me about what it is. Why don’t you stand up and be a man. Don’t be a coward, don’t ruin my life!” Michael says all he was thinking about was Lauren and he did not force them to kill they did it all on their own. Lily slaps him again.
Lauren tells Cane she knew Michael was pushing her away. Cane tells her Michael was doing it out of love. Lauren says they have been in bad places before and she was ready to work on their marriage again. Cane tells her love and fear is a dangerous situation.
Victor says he thought he could ask Flack what was going on. Victoria suggests they go to Phyllis but Victor says it is too late with Phyllis they need to find someone else.
Flack is on his computer and there is a message, “No Results for Marisa Sierras.”
Devon tells Hilary he loves her and nothing is going to change that but he does not want to be ashamed of loving her. Hilary tells him she loves her.
Cane tells Joe Lily is furious with him and Michael. Joe says he now understands the mood Lily was in the other day. Cane tells Joe it is hard to talk Lily down when she is wrong. Joe thinks that Cane and Lauren have an attraction. Joe gets up and refuses to discuss it. Lily walks in and Joe tells her she is sexy and stunning and her husband did a stupid thing.
Avery gets back to her place she finds Joe’s coat and she starts to think about what Joe said to her she takes his coat and throws it out.
Flack wants to know what Phyllis is accusing him of lying about. She tells Flack that Summer is worried about what Flack pulled him into. Flack says he and Kyle talked about love. Phyllis tells Flack Summer went to Victor. Flack wants to know what she told Victor and Phyllis says nothing because she knows nothing she is trying to protect Kyle. Phyllis loses it and says, “I don’t want protection, I want the truth, this merger has any of it been sincere? I want the respect to be treated as an equal.”
Flack says, “Okay but I want you to answer one question. If we could answer this. If we could end this war once and for all, if we could get Jabot and Newman for us, for you and me and the rest of the Abbotts wouldn’t that be a worthy goal. Everything we ever dreamed off.” Phyllis pushes him away and says, “Who are you?”
Lauren tells Michael Cane told them everything. Michael tells Lauren Lily was there earlier. Michael makes an excuse and Lauren tells him not to dare lie to him. Michael tells her she kissed Cane and they are over. Michael gives her divorce papers she takes them and tears them up.
Avery hears a noise. She calls Dylan [Steve Burton] and says, “Dylan I think someone is in my apartment.”
Summer tells Kyle she went to Victor. Kyle says, “Okay” and he asks what she said. Summer says she told Victor she was worried but she does not care about the business but she cares about him. He hugs her. Kyle tells Summer that his father is different his Dad snapped and he has changed.
Phyllis tells Jack he said he was a changed man, a new man. Flack agrees he is. Phyllis is not happy because she married him because they were going to be forever, they are not going to work if he continues to lie to him she wants to know who M is. Flack says, “Okay M was a women I loved.” Phyllis looks shocked.
Victor is looking at a Criminal Dossier about Marco at the bottom of the file it says he had an association with his mistress Marisa Sierras. He closes the file.
That is it “The Young and the Restless” fans! Flack totally lost it with Kyle. Are you surprised Kyle is not more suspicious? Now that Phyllis is suspicious of Flack how long do you think it will take for her to figure out Flack is not her Jack? Lily knows that Michael manipulated the situation between Lauren and Cane do you think she will forgive Cane?
