“The Bold and the Beautiful” actress Jennifer Gareis who plays Donna Logan on the popular Daytime Soap is celebrating a birthday today. (August 1, 2015) In celebration of her birthday we decided to compose 10 things you need to know about Jennifer.

1. She was born on August 1,1970 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
2. She is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, where she majored in accounting and was an All-American Swimmer, and J.P McCaskey High school of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
3. She is of part Italian descent. Her great-grandmother Sebastiana Tringali came from Militello in Val di Catania, and the city gave her the honorary citizenship.
4. She competed in her first beauty pageant in 1992 when she placed second runner-up at Miss Pennsylvania USA.
5. She later competed in New York, winning the Miss New York USA 1994 title.
6. She was placed in the top six of the nationally televised pageant.
7. She was ranked #90 on the Maxim Hot 100 Women of 2002.
8. On June 11, 2010 Gareis gave birth to her first child, son Gavin Blaze Gareis Ghassemieh.
9. In 2002, she landed a role as Tina on Miss Congeniality.
10. She attended the second issue release of “Girls Gone Wild Magazine” party at Les Deux Hollywood, On June 4,2008.
