‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For Thursday July 16: Ric Torments Nina, Silas Warns Kiki, Franco Agrees To Steal Evidence For Ava

Betrayal runs rife in Port Charles on Thursday. Here’s what you need to know with these ‘General Hospital’ spoilers for June 16, 2015.
Ric Lansing [Rick Hearst] is doing terrible things to his wife Nina Clay [Michelle Stafford]. Poor Nina “lost” a baby due to her mom Madeline Reeves [Donna Mills] putting her in a coma and was so traumatized that she stole baby Avery. Yet it’s a crying baby that Ric chose to torment his wife. That’s sick on a whole new level. But is Ric showing a glimmer of human decency?
Ric will demand that Madeline tell him exactly what she did to her daughter 20 years ago after Nina says her mom robbed her of her only chance to have a baby. Will Ric betray Madeline and side with his wife Nina? Not yet. Madeline will not give Ric the answers he wants and will want to turn the conversation to sex and money.
Kiki Jerome [Hayley Erin] meanwhile, is certain that her “Aunt Denise” DeMuccio [Maura West] would never betray her, but her dad Silas Clay [Michael Easton] is not so sure. Silas tries to warn Kiki, but she won’t hear it, even though at that very moment, Denise and Morgan Corinthos [Bryan Craig] take a confrontation from petty to passionate and have hot monkey sex.
Silas later also gets a visit from Nina who tells him that she fears she’s going off the rails mentally. Nina tells him about the baby blanket that showed up and the crying baby. But Nina betrays Ric when she does it because she promised to keep it secret. Will Silas realize that Ric is setting Nina up for betrayal? Nina wants Silas to treat her for what she thinks is emerging mental illness. Silas also confides in her his concerns about Kiki.
Franco [Roger Howarth] is ready to betray his father Scotty Baldwin [Kin Shriner] in order to win back Nina. To that end, Ava has demanded that he help steal the evidence to exonerate Ava. Franco goes to hang with dad Scotty to try and ferret out what evidence he has against Ava and where it’s being held so he can steal it away. Franco will do absolutely anything for Nina – too bad she doesn’t know that.
But Nina will be interested to learn from Silas that things with Franco and Denise are not all that they appear to be. Think how happy she would be if she knew that Franco was going to bat for her. Franco is helping Ava get to Avery to get her assistance to win back Nina. What Ava doesn’t know is that Kiki is also advocating for her even while she’s being betrayed.
Kiki asked Michael Quartermaine [Chad Duell] to talk to Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] to ask him to cut Denise a break and let her see the baby. Sonny and Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] take this opportunity to announce to Michael that they’re getting married again but Sonny’s good mood over the engagement will no extend to him letting Denise anywhere near his daughter Avery.
Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] enjoys hanging with her sexy sweetie Julian Jerome [William deVry] but wants to know why he’s shoving carbs into his buff bod. Julian has to admit his newly discovered sister Denise is driving him crazy and now she’s got Franco at his place making out. Just think how mad Julian will be once he hears that Franco was blackmailing Julian’s baby mama Olivia Falconeri [Lisa LoCicero].
