1. Kate was born in California September 15, 1988 and is a Virgo.
2. Kate grew up and studied film and public relations at Pepperdine University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
3. Kate trained as a dancer from a very young age both in NY and LA.  She joined the Pacific Festival Ballet at just 15 years of age.
4. Kate’s hair is naturally brunette; she lightens it for the role of Abigail.
5. Kate’s a big fan of The Cooking Channel. One of her favorite shows is Everyday Italian, hosted by chef Giada De Laurentiis.
6. Kate’s favorite food is strawberries.
7. Kate is of Italian and Irish descent, has one sister (Alexa) and a five step siblings. Her parents are divorced and both got remarried.
8. Kate is an avid reader.
9. Before Days of Our Lives, Kate appeared in ads and played a guest role on How I Met Your Mother.
10. Prior to landing the role of Abigail she auditioned for the role of Melanie.
