‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Thursday, March 2: Nick and Chelsea’s Date Disaster – Katherine’s Letter Upsets Jill, Murphy Shows Up – Colin Makes a Big Mistake

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, March 2, tease that Jill (Jess Walton) will be overwhelmed when she reads Katherine’s (Jeanne Cooper) letter. At home, Jill has flashbacks as Katherine expresses regret for their feud over the years. She notes that Jill was Philip’s true love.

Katherine suggests that she wants her to have something, but Jill doesn’t understand. As she gets to the end of the letter, Jill drops it and cries over Katherine’s final message. Meanwhile, Colin (Tristan Rogers) learns that some buyers are interested in the ring. Billy (Jason Thompson) walks in and lets Colin know that Jill isn’t going to take him back.

Colin contends that he’ll find a way to make things up to Jill, but Billy doesn’t want that. Later, Murphy arrives at the Chancellor mansion. He insists that Jill has everything Katherine left for her and mentions the key. Jill pipes up that all she got was a letter. Elsewhere, Colin gets excited when he receives a check for the ring. He hopes he can pay Jill back and make this right.

Across town, Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) listens to Nick (Joshua Morrow) talk to Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) about his date with Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan). After Nick exits, Faith asks to look at old photo albums with Nikki. She loves the ones where her parents are together. Nikki yawns, so Faith suggests she should take a nap.

Chelsea talks about moving on as she gets ready for her date. Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) tries not to cry. Afterward, Nick and Chelsea have dinner at athletic club. They discuss moving forward slowly, but agree that something’s happening between them. Faith suddenly calls and tells Nick she needs him right away. She says she’s worried about Nikki. Nick offers an apology and bails on Chelsea.

When Nick arrives, he calls out. Nikki declares that everything is fine. Faith fibs that she couldn’t wake Nikki and got scared. She states that she’s sorry she messed up Nick’s night. Once Nick exits, Nikki scolds Faith for lying. She knows Faith just wants her parents to reunite.

Faith feels guilty, but Nikki pulls her in for a hug. She insists everything is OK, but Faith shouldn’t lie like that again. At Chelsea’s penthouse, she opens the door to find Nick. Chelsea smiles and promises they’ll have another date. Y&R viewers can expect their relationship to heat up soon.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers reveal that Chloe and Billy will enjoy a chat. At Crimson Lights, Billy praises Chloe for the good job she’s doing with Bella. Talk turns to Billy’s kids as well as Jill. Delia’s (Sophie Pollono) name eventually comes up and Chloe looks troubled.
