The Young and the Restless Spoilers Thursday, February 23: Nikki Defends Dylan, Sharon Makes Major Change – Victoria and Reed War“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Thursday, February 23, tease that Colin (Tristan Rogers) will beg Jill (Jess Walton) for a fresh start. At the hospital, Jill shuts down any talk of a new beginning. She tells Colin that they’re through. They argue about Katherine’s (Jeanne Cooper) view of Colin and Jill’s monitors start going off. The nurse scolds Colin and Jill eventually tells him to leave.

At Crimson Lights, Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) discuss Colin’s mistakes. Nick (Joshua Morrow) walks in and praises Reed’s (Tristan Lake Leabu) performance at open mic night. Victoria is appalled by the news that Reed disobeyed her. She explains that Reed was grounded, but Nick still thinks he did a nice job on stage.




Billy and Nick insist that it’s good for Reed to focus on music. They encourage Victoria to connect with her son. After their chat winds down, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) appears. Nick admits that he’s been missing her. They take a few minutes to catch up.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers state that Reed will get updates on Mariah’s (Camyrn Grimes) latest move. At The Underground, Mariah tells Noah (Robert Adamson) that she uploaded a clip of Reed’s performance. It’s on the GC Buzz website. When Reed arrives, Noah says he’s the man of the hour. Mariah clears up the confusion by playing the clip for Reed.

Reed is concerned about Victoria finding out he broke the rules, but Noah offers to back him up. Mariah teases Reed as a fan approaches him. Reed notes that he only cares about making music, but he smiles as he gets attention from a group of girls.

Later, Reed comes home and Victoria blows up at him for sneaking out. He complains that she’s being too strict. Victoria isn’t giving Reed a chance to pursue his passion. He mentions the feedback on the video Mariah posted. Victoria isn’t impressed since he learned about the clip by visiting The Underground again.

Billy does whatever he can to ease the tension between them. Reed wants to perform at the next open mic night. He offers to let Victoria view the video, but she isn’t interested. After Reed stomps off, Billy puts in a good word for him. He pulls up the performance online and notes that the crowd really did love Reed’s music.

Across town, Sharon (Sharon Case) tells Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) she’s sorry she dumped milk on her head. When Sharon wishes there was a way to make it up to her, Nikki suggests that there is. She urges Sharon to start a shelter for struggling women. Nikki believes Sharon can connect with them and assist those who feel broken.

Sharon doesn’t know how to help other women rebuild their lives when she can’t even rebuild her own. Nikki reminds Sharon of her inner strength. She feels like this shelter idea would honor Dylan (Steve Burton). Afterward, Sharon finds Chelsea with Nick at Crimson Lights. She announces that she’s quitting her job at the studio so she can run the coffeehouse.

Sharon recalls how hard it was when Noah was a preemie. If she can get through that, she can get through anything. Chelsea is happy that Sharon is staying positive. She gets how important it is to let go and move forward.

Back at The Underground, Noah is pleased to hear that Nikki and Sharon have made peace. He trash talks Dylan for leaving, but Nikki blurts out that her son had no choice. Noah doesn’t understand what Nikki means. After Nikki bolts, Noah expresses concern to Mariah. He’s worried about Sharon and Nikki.
