‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victor Heads to Court, Freedom on the Line – Phyllis Has Major Outburst, Victor Remains Confident

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Friday, July 22, tease that Jack (Peter Bergman) will show his support for Phyllis (Gina Tognoni). Court will soon be in session and that means Victor’s (Eric Braeden) freedom will be on the line. He’ll hope that he can secure an early release with his family’s help.

The Newmans may be backing Victor up on this, but Phyllis certainly isn’t on board. She believes Victor needs to be rotting in a cell. She’ll intend on doing everything she can to prevent Victor from rejoining society.

Jack will assure Phyllis that he’s with her, no matter what. Phyllis will reply, “Even if I go to that courthouse and crucify Victor?” Regardless of Jack’s response, Phyllis will do just what she promised. She’ll burst in and have a major outburst.

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Phyllis will really let Victor have it. All of Phyllis’ old wounds will resurface. Her emotional speech will leave the courtroom stunned. Of course, Victor won’t be too worried. He’ll remain confident that he’ll get the outcome he’s looking for.

Nick (Joshua Morrow), Victoria (Amelia Heinle) and Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) will all be in Victor’s corner on this significant occasion. It should be interesting to see how everything goes for Vic. Y&R rumors hint that we’ll see a twist or two, which is what we’ve come to expect when judgment day arrives in Genoa City.

Meanwhile, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will fight for vengeance. She’ll make a bold move, but it may come with unanticipated consequences. Chelsea will feel like her world is crumbling by the time Monday’s episode rolls around.

Will Chelsea manage to regain her focus? She needs to forget about revenge and concentrate on proving Adam’s (Justin Hartley) innocence. Later in the week, Chelsea may get a lucky break. It may not provide a solution to Chelsea’s problem, but it could be a step in the right direction.

If she wants to assist her husband, Chelsea will need to put some work into it. Fortunately, Chelsea is willing to do whatever it takes to bring Adam home. Maybe Adam will get some good news eventually. Stick with the CBS soap for updates on the drama ahead.
