The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday September 26: John’s Ghost Urges Jack to Forgive – Victoria Wary of Billy’s New Attitude – More GC Buzz Drama

“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Monday, September 26, tease that Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) will try to let Billy (Jason Thompson) down gently. At the hospital, Phyllis learns she has a mild concussion and needs to stay for the night. Once Stitch (Sean Carrigan) exits, Billy tells Phyllis that they can still be together.

Phyllis points out that she still wants to repair her marriage. Summer (Hunter King) arrives and isn’t pleased to see Billy. He heads out and Phyllis asks if Summer knows where Jack (Peter Bergman) is. Summer says Jack left the hospital, but she feels like there’s still hope for their relationship.

Later, Paul (Doug Davidson) questions Phyllis about her fall. She insists that it was just an accident. Jack would never harm her. Paul pulls out a card with the number for a domestic abuse helpline. Phyllis gets annoyed and asks Paul to let everything go. She just wants to fix her life and Jack doesn’t need anything else to deal with.

At Brash and Sassy, Victoria (Amelia Heinle) snaps at Jill (Jess Walton) for trying to lure Travis (Michael Roark) away with a job. She thinks Jill’s constant manipulation is getting out of hand. Victoria gripes that Jill is as bad as Victor (Eric Braeden).

Jill suggests that this fling won’t last, but Victoria maintains that they’re in love. She states that Travis has moved in and they’re going to be together. Elsewhere, a GC Buzz reporter tells Jack about some rumors that are swirling. He claims people are saying that Jack beat up his wife.

Jack tries to explain the situation as Devon (Bryton James) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) approach. Devon wants the reporter to drop the story and he’s willing to toss around some money. Jill walks in and hears about Phyllis’ fall from Devon. She gets filled in on Jack’s conflict with the reporter. Hilary joins in as they trash the GC Buzz. Jill reminds Hilary that she used it to take on Neil and clashing ensues.

At Victoria’s place, Victor shows up and finds Travis. They talk about Victoria and the kids. Travis assures Victor that they come first in his life. The conversation shifts to Jill’s meddling and Victor points out that trouble always follows her offers. Victoria arrives and chats with Victor while Travis takes care of Johnny.

Victoria hopes Victor will stay out of her relationship. He admits that Travis is a better option than Billy. Victoria makes it clear that she’s done with Billy romantically. Meanwhile, Jack gets a visit from John’s (Jerry Douglas) ghost. When Jack holds Billy responsible for the destruction of his family, John urges Jack to forgive his brother.

Jack brings up the affair and insists that he can’t just let it slide. John brings up all of the things he forgave Jack for. He doesn’t see the difference here. John encourages Jack to live up to his potential. Billy rings the doorbell and Jack answers it. They discuss Phyllis and Billy provides an apology for the affair.

Billy insists that he’ll be out of the picture now. He states that Phyllis only wanted Jack when she woke up. Billy doesn’t think Jack should miss out on his chance at happiness. At the athletic club, Jill and Victor spar over Victoria. Victor believes Travis has taken Billy’s spot in Victoria’s life, but Jill isn’t giving up.

Victor scoffs at Jill’s sloppy attempt to get rid of Travis. Jill surmises that Travis will probably be coming on board at Newman Enterprises. She guesses Victor will want to keep an eye on Victoria’s beau. Victor flashes a smile and suggests that it’s a good idea.

Other “Young and the Restless” spoilers say Summer will call Jack and ask him to come back to the hospital. At home, Jack watches the GC Buzz footage from earlier. They air Jack’s comments as well as Devon’s attempt to pay off the reporter. Jack throws his laptop in disgust. In Phyllis’ hospital room, Summer breaks the news that Jack isn’t coming.

Billy shows up at Victoria’s house and says he’s sorry for the way he behaved the other night. He indicates that Travis and Victoria’s living arrangement will be nice for them. Billy heads upstairs to tuck in the kids and shares some sweet moments with Johnny.

Victoria starts ranting to Travis about Billy. She thinks her ex always does this. Billy constantly messes up and tries to turn his life around. Victoria feels like Billy makes promises he can’t keep. Will Billy stay on the straight and narrow this time? Y&R viewers will be anxious to see what’s ahead.
