'The Young And The Restless' News: Alum Wilson Bethel Joins Cast Of 'How To Get Away With Murder'‘The Young And The Restless’ alum Wilson Bethel just landed a major gig on the ABC drama ‘How To Get Away With Murder.’  We hate to see ‘Y&R’ cast members go – but we love to see them make a name for themselves on primetime television.  Wilson Bethel has been doing big things since he left ‘The Young And The Restless!’

For those of you who don’t remember Wilson on ‘Y&R,’ he was a member of the CBS soap opera’s cast from 2009 – 2011 as Ryder Callahan – the son of Tom Fisher and Sheila Carter.  Shortly after Wilson’s character left Genoa City, it was revealed that Bethel was headed to primetime and had landed the role of Wade Kinsella on The CW’s ‘Hart Of Dixie’ (which was sadly just cancelled).  Wilson also appeared on ABC’s ‘Blood & Oil’ and ‘Astronaut Wives’ Club.’

According to an all new report from TV Line, Bethel is keeping very busy post ‘Hart Of Dixie‘ – and has already moved on to the wildly popular ABC drama ‘How To Get Away With Murder’ – starring Viola Davis.  According to TV Line, “Wilson will be playing Charles Mahoney, “an Ivy League-educated son of Arkin’s Wallace (a Warren Buffet type who’s quiet and observant, but knows how to command a room when he chooses.”  The website is reporting that Wilson’s character will be in at least 6 episodes of the upcoming season.
