General Hospital Spoilers Wednesday November 23: Laura And Sonny Bond – Olivia Questions Carly – Michael Catches Nelle Trying To Skip Town

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, November 23, 2016 are all about gatherings, questions, suspicions and family drama.  This Thanksgiving week has been very entertaining and enlightening for fans.  

GH sources reveal that Laura Webber (Genie Francis) arrives on Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) doorstep knowing that he is entirely alone after his family abandoned him believing the worst in him.  Laura and Sonny are long-time friends, through good times and bad; but today they will spend time sharing their losses and commiserating together.

Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) will be questioning Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) on her own inner turmoil.  Carly deeply loves her husband Sonny, but she cannot get past the betrayal that it could have been Sonny who killed their youngest son, Morgan (Bryan Craig).  

Carly is conflicted between Sonny and her ex-husband Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), is Carly really willing to throw her marriage away, even after learning her estranged husband is not responsible?  It seems that her marriage is not the only thing she will need to worry about, sources show her son Michael (Chad Duell) catches Nelle Hayes (Chloe Lanier) leaving, and questions where she is going.  Is the truth finally going to come out about who and why Nelle is really in Port Charles?

General Hospital fan favorite, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) is going to put her foot down when it comes to the Thanksgiving holiday.  She orders every single member of the Quartermaine family to stay put and they are going to celebrate this holiday like a happy family.  Will they manage to have a turkey dinner, or will it end up with ordered in pizza like it has been since the early 1990s? 

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) had fought her demons the entire Thanksgiving dinner she hosted.  She struggled as she watched everyone in the house celebrate with alcohol in their hands; but as soon as the opportunity came up, she ran out the door, claiming they needed whipped cream for the pies.  She found the closest bar to go to, and began to drink. 

Unfortunately for her, it was the same dive bar her estranged husband, Julian Jerome (William DeVry) was in.  Things may have been easier for her, had Julian not sent her such an emotional and loving text earlier in the day.  When Julian confronts her on her drinking, spoilers show her begging him to keep it between the two of them.  Will Julian stay quiet, and at what price? 

Thanksgiving celebrations seem to be going awry with most citizens of Port Charles, and when Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) observes her best friend, Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) talking to Dr. Kevin Collin (Jon Lindstrom), she assumes the worst.  She asks Lulu if she and Dante are breaking up again?
