‘General Hospital’ (GH) Spoilers Tuesday October 20: Anna Losing It, Sees Kevin – Alexis Suspicious Of Julian, Sonny Gets Bad News

Tuesday’s show has many events going on at the hospital – the new writers promised more action there – these ‘General Hospital’ spoilers are for the October 20^th episode.

Anna Devane [Finola Hughes] is coming apart at her mental seams over the Carlos Rivera [Jeffrey Vincent Parise] shooting and her culpability. Paul Hornsby [Richard Burgi] is hot and heavy on Anna’s trail and she knows it. Anna goes to see Dr Kevin Collins [Jon Lindstrom] and it looks like she may confess to killing Carlos. With doctor/patient privacy, Kevin can’t tell anyone and Anna can unburden herself. Will she also get some Xanax so she can calm the hell down?

Alexis Davis [Nancy Lee Grahn] suspects that Julian Jerome [William deVry] may be playing her for a fool, but that weird and mob-sounding phone call he was on was not cartel related. Instead, he was working on a surprise for Alexis – perhaps an engagement ring? Or maybe something to commemorate their shacking up together? Later, Julian advises son Lucas Jones [Ryan Carnes] that Brad Cooper [Parry Shen] may be toying with him over his marriage.

Brad later chats with Alexis about his felony situation and his mob marriage to Rosalie Martinez [Linda Elena Tovar]. Alexis is surprised to hear that Brad has a legal situation and will offer him some advice. Alexis is also following up on a possible legal situation with Olivia Falconeri [Lisa LoCicero] – the whole Leo DNA thing. Olivia goes to see son Dante Falconeri [Dominic Zamprogna] and tells him that Ned Ashton [Wally Kurth] showed up in town long enough to dump her and go back on tour with Brook Lynn.

Dante tells Olivia that he and Lulu are planning on implanting their last embryo. Will Dante also reveal to his mom that he’s worried Lulu will find out he cheated? Or is Olivia too upset about her split with Ned so Dante doesn’t go into it? Dillon Quartermaine [Robert Palmer Watkins] tells Lulu Spencer [Emme Rylan] that Dante doesn’t deserve her but it looks like he won’t spill (at least yet) on why exactly this is true. Maxie Jones [Kirsten Storms] has some intriguing ideas to drastically improve Dillon’s movie.

Will Dillon listen to or take her advice? And what is she recommending? Is it to cut the uncomfortable sex scenes or something more drastic? Sonny Corinthos [Maurice Benard] overhears some bad news about his medical situation – looks like the Teflon Don’s days of invulnerability are over and he’s got a long road of recovery ahead and may not be walking for a long time – if ever. How will Sonny handle the bad news?

Carly Corinthos [Laura Wright] tells Patrick Drake [Jason Thompson] that she and Sonny got hitched. Is it their conversation that Sonny might overhear? Does Patrick tells Carly the bad news before he tells his patient? Also, Sonny brings in Max Giambetti [Derk Cheetwood] to see him at General Hospital and asks him who killed Carlos. Is Sonny worried that Morgan Corinthos [Bryan Craig] did the deed? Max will have no answers for Sonny but will promise to look into it.
