The CBS soap recently reminded viewers of their family connection when Lauren informed Billy about his mother, Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton), health status.

Jill is Lauren’s half-sister, and they only discovered they shared the same father later in life.

Billy Didn’t Grow Up Knowing Lauren Is His Aunt, But He May Ask Her For Help

Although Billy didn’t grow up knowing that Lauren was his aunt, she has been a family friend since his birth, and they have always had a good relationship.

Billy holds Lauren in high regard and trusts her completely. Additionally, she excels in her work and could be the ideal person to help him adjust to his role as CEO at Chancellor.

Billy might assure her that he only needs his aunt’s assistance temporarily, and they could arrange a deal where Lauren helps Chancellor on a part-time basis or something similar. Will Lauren agree to assist Billy?

Lauren May Find Herself In A Complicated Position-A Conflict Of Interest?

This could put her in a tough spot; her husband, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc), works for Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), and Nikki, the ex-CEO of Chancellor, is a close friend of Lauren.

Still, Billy is family, but Lauren knows about Victor’s past tricks. She might agree with others in town who think Victor deserves to lose Newman Enterprises due to his harsh actions against the Abbotts and Jabot.

Nikki might feel betrayed if Lauren helps Billy-Lauren could tell her she doesn’t want to pick sides between family and friends, and she’s just trying to help Billy settle at Chancellor for now.
