The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, May 27, imply that Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will see Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) in a whole new light.

Will he do something sweet and romantic for her return to GC? Before she jetted off to New York to be by Malcolm Winters’ (Shemar Moore) side for his bone marrow transplant, she laid quite the kiss on Cane.

Now that it seems the surgery has been a success, will these two hop into bed to seal their reunion deal?

Abby Winters Promise

Across town, Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) will make a promise to Devon Hamilton-Winters (Bryton James).

The two have been fighting about Mariah Copeland’s (Camryn Grimes) plea deal, as Abby believed their friend is getting the help she needed, while Devon wants to see her in prison.

Things seemed to have mellowed out between the couple, so will Abby make a vow not to allow this situation to get between their marriage?

Nick Newman’s Addiction Crisis

Lastly, some scary teasers, such as The Young and the Restless spoilers for May 27, suggest Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) addiction to painkillers will continue to be a problem.

In fact, it sounds like a medical crisis will hit where the man’s life hangs in the balance.

Nick came face-to-face with Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) during the May 26 episode, so if Matt somehow slips away, Nick could spiral.

Nick lied to his loved ones and told them everything was okay, and he was off the pills, but still popped them like candy when no one was looking.

While both Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) called Nick out on using again, he denied it, vehemently.

It sounds like Nick will hit rock bottom again, but will he end up being okay?
