The Young and the Restless spoilers say that if there is one thing that fans have picked up on, it’s the fact that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) seems to get away with so many things on the soap and yes, even murder, too.

But this time around, it’s the fact that Victor is the reason why Matt Clark is in town that a lot of people simply can’t wrap their heads around. Yet, Nick Newman is acting completely unhinged toward Matt while going soft on Victor.

Not only that, but if Nick is this angry about Matt, why isn’t more of that frustration directed at the person who made the deal in the first place? That’s what many viewers want to know.

Sure, while it’s very easy to hate on Matt Clark, it’s Victor who keeps on putting everyone in the situations that they are in. And yet, he’s also the one who allowed Matt to stay on the ranch.

Of course, many Y&R fans had a lot to say about the matter on social media.

Some even commented with, “Victor needs to be called out by EVERYONE. He’s been on an awful streak for a while.”

“It might happen when Nikki gets better. She is the only one who has stood up to him and isnt afraid of him.”

What’s Really Going On With Victor?

Another critic of the show wrote, “Victor has a long habit of exploiting/abusing mentally ill people to achieve his own goals, in addition to all the other awful things he’s done.”

“I love Eric Braeden as an actor but I really, REALLY wish Victor would face some consequences for all the shit he’s constantly pulling.”

And then there was this comment as well: “Yeah Victor isn’t getting called out for anything. He wouldn’t listen to or care what Sharon said but Nick should be defending Sharon and telling Victor off.”
