Y&R Spoilers: The Real Reason Jill Wants To Make Amends With Billy

The Young And The Restless spoilers reveal that Jill Abbott (Lauren Koslow) has been working overtime trying to make amends with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson).

Billy simply cannot get past how his mother has treated him when it comes to Chancellor. Could Jill be lying to Billy about her health and that is why she needs to fix their relationship?

Jill Abbott Has Been Sick For Years

Jill has been sick for several years now and has been getting treatment away from Genoa City. Jill suddenly decided to drop in on Billy and Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn).

However, Jill has mostly decided to try and make Billy forgive her for everything she has done to upset him. Billy just doesn’t have it in him to forgive his mother for putting Cane before him.

Billy was running Chancellor before Jill chose to sell the company to Victor Newman (Eric Braeden).

However, Victor made a deal with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) to give her the company if she helped him to take down Cane Ashby. Now Billy has agreed to work with Cane who Lily has made CEO of the company.

Jill Abbott Is Hiding Something

On the July 24th episode of the show, Billy and Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) learn something that Jill is hiding.

All roads are pointing to Jill being sick and she could actually be dying. Jill hasn’t been very forthcoming about her medical care since she has been out of town.

Could Jill’s condition actually be worse even though she claims to be getting better?

Billy doesn’t understand why Jill is so determined to make amends considering she obviously has no faith in his ability to run Chancellor or anything else.

Billy cannot believe that his mother always favors Cane above him even after all of this time. Jill even supported Cane as he was trying to take over all of the businesses in Genoa City.

Is Jill Abbott Lying To Billy Abbott Again?

Billy has tried to get past his problems with his mother, but he just cannot forgive everything she has done to him.

However, Billy was concerned about his mother’s health which makes one wonder if she is keeping something from him.

What if Jill is lying to Billy and she isn’t getting better at all? Could Jill’s health still be declining instead of improving?

Could Sally be the one person who can bridge the distance between Billy and Jill if they do figure out that she is dying? After all, Sally gets along with Jill for the most part.

Sally also doesn’t have family and she doesn’t want Billy to allow things to end with his mother like this. Is Jill’s health why she is so desperate for Billy’s forgiveness? Will Billy give her what she needs in the end?
