Y&R Spoilers: Stacy Haiduk Says Patty Is “Lusting” For Jack

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Stacy Haiduk is back onscreen as Patty Williams. Fans haven’t seen the vixen in a decade but they may have caught the actress on Days of Our Lives as Kristen DiMera.

Haiduk shared that Y&R executive producer and head writer Josh Griffith asked recently if she was available and would be interested in reprising her role as Patty.

She said it was perfect timing and her first days on Y&R have thrilled fans with the delicious brand of nonsense that Patty is known for.

But wait. There’s more! According to her, the first few days of filming took care of any nervousness she may have had: “it was just like a big family again. It was wonderful getting to see Peter (Bergman, Jack Abbott), and … I mean, I was like a kid in a candy store.”

Haiduk is not the only star to have migrated to CBS from DOOL. Billy Flynn (Cane Ashby, Dool Chad DiMera), Lucas Adams (Noah Newman; Dool Tripp Dalton), and Tamara Braun (Sienna Bacall, DOOL Ava Vitali) are all appearing onscreen at the moment.

Haiduk shares that Patty is not the same cat lady we last saw in GC. She says that the character has changed: “in the sense that she can be in society, but she still has that lust for Jack and will do anything to get him. So, that probably hasn’t changed. But she’s walking around Genoa City, and she’s very confident in who she is … she’s worked very hard to become the woman … she is today.”

Haiduk is keeping mum on the reason Patty is back, but one look at Patty’s behavior has us guessing she would love to reunite with Jack!

Long time fans know that Haiduk is a master at playing multiple characters, as she has done on DOOL and Y&R.

So, will she also play Emily Peterson and Mary Jane Benson on the GC-based soap? She isn’t saying, but for the moment Patty is keeping us very entertained.
