Y&R Spoilers: Nick’s Intervention & Rehab, Adam Exposes Secret To Family After GC Homecoming?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) may have some tough decisions to make regarding Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in the coming episodes.

Y&R fans know Adam has teamed up with Nick to take Matt Clark (Roger Howarth) down, so they’re in Vegas on a mission to find him and end the threat for good.

Of course, there’ll be some challenges along the way – like Riza Thomson (Tina Casciani) holding Adam at gunpoint and proving she’s quite wary of him.

Nevertheless, Adam will keep up his efforts to regain Riza’s trust and try to score Matt’s exact location for Nick.

Unfortunately, Adam will make an unsettling discovery along the way that leaves him with a different view of his brother. On March 27, Adam will witness another version of Nick that he didn’t expect.

That may involve Nick spinning out due to the fentanyl addiction that he’s developing. Adam may ultimately spot Nick popping pills and confront him about the secret he’s been keeping from his loved ones.

Nick may argue that he can handle it and suggest he just needs the fentanyl to get through this Matt ordeal. Perhaps Nick will insist he’s going to stop just as soon as Matt’s wiped off the map.

Adam may have his doubts about that, even if he promises Nick he won’t say anything to Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) or the Newman family. That’s a promise Adam may break in the end once Matt’s presumably defeated and it’s time to come home to Genoa City.

Adam may eventually see that Nick can’t conquer his addiction on his own. That could lead to Adam alerting Nick’s other loved ones to what he’s up against and forcing an intervention.

Adam, Sharon, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), Abby Winters (Melissa Ordway) and Noah Newman (Lucas Adams) could all end up backing Nick into a difficult corner.

Once his addiction news spreads, Nick may be forced to admit he has a problem and could have a rehab stint in his future.
