Jack Abbott’s Confidante

Before getting to the 2-weekers, let’s talk about what is coming up during the week of August 24, 2026. For one thing, there will be double trouble with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).

It seems Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has an issue with Jack being Nick’s sponsor. Victor makes it crystal clear that Jack isn’t to make the family situation worse.

Of course, Jack truly just wants Nick to be sober. However, good luck convincing Victor of that. In addition to that, Jack also has Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) Chancellor claim to stress about. 

Marie Kirkland’s Puzzle Piece

Over with Marie Kirkland (Jade Harlow), she is now in rehab with Nick. The lady ends up giving Nick a puzzle piece. That is meant literally as they are working on a jigsaw together.

They will also do some bonding. When Marie admits she hasn’t been able to stop thinking about him, Nick will say the same about her. Despite them both being in rehab, I still worry that someone has sent Marie after Nick. 

Matt Clark’s Disappearance

At the GCAC, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) questions Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) about Matt. Apparently, the reformed villain goes missing and of course, Phyllis wonders if Victor had something to do with it.

What Else to Expect

As for the rest of the week, Victoria and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) share a sizzling kiss. Will it go even further? Could they end up in passion? If so, wait until Victor finds out. The man’s head will explode! 

Next 2 Weeks

If Matt has truly gone missing, we might see Phyllis take charge of a rescue mission. However, it is also stated that Matt reconnects with Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk). So, that doesn’t sound good at all.

There is also how Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) runs the club. While he’s part owner now, he’s also made some immediate changes. So, I’m not sure if that will be an issue, but it could certainly come up.

Plus, what does the future hold for Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) and Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks)?
