During the most recent episode of The Young and the Restless, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) did throw out the possibility of naming her child Electra Spectra-Abbott and yes, the name caught everyone’s attention right away.
And that’s not just because it’s a unique name, but also because everyone always knows of one Electra in particular: Electra Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful.
And let’s just say that Electra isn’t winning herself with her obnoxious crying and complaining all the time.
That’s why fans certainly don’t want to see another Electra on The Young and the Restless because quite frankly, it’s all in the name, right? Or at least, that’s what many viewers believe.
Of course, the internet certainly did have a lot to say about the matter.
Some even commented with, “Well at least their Electra will have a legit reason to cry all the time, because she is an actual baby. But OMG this is so stupid.”
Another critic of the show wrote, “I would stop watching the show if Electra Forrester showed up in Genoa City. She can stay where she is for all I care, I don’t need to see her on two different soaps.”
