Y&R Spoilers: Is Audra Becoming An Underrated Power Player?

The Young and the Restless spoilers show that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) may not be getting the credit she deserves right now.

She’s currently in many storylines, with different stakes and roles, and has continued to keep it all together somehow.

She’s Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) friend and confidante, Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) ally in the Chancellor battle, and is picking on the situation between Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). We think she might have a little bit of that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) in her!

She’s Everywhere

Three major storylines, and Audra has her fingers in every single one. She’s kept calm and played it cool the entire time, and doesn’t seem to get rattled like the rest of the cast of characters.

Everyone else seems to trip over their own feet and blow up at the smallest sign of trouble. Honestly, Audra is kind of walking circles around everyone, and she’s only been in Genoa City for a few years.

Her strategic mind is actually quite compelling. Every time she outplays someone without having a meltdown, her stock secretly goes up in our eyes.

She can read a room, pick her moment, and most of all, she doesn’t need to gloat about it like some other people. Cough, Phyllis, cough.

The Real Question Is What Does She Want?

The most interesting thing to us isn’t even how she’s doing it. It’s that no one truly seems to understand what she’s after. Is she actually loyal to Sally, or just protecting her own interests?

Is she helping Billy because she thinks she could use his power in Chancellor? The show hasn’t really shown us what she truly wants, and that makes her very compelling to watch.

She’s just moving pawns on her board at the moment. Suddenly, she’s going to have a check, and that’s when everything is going to break loose.

Genoa City is full of people who break down and sabotage themselves. Audra might be one of the few who can quietly play along and not give her moves away.

Perhaps she could eventually catch Victor’s eye. If anything, he might see a bit of himself in her. It would actually be a very interesting storyline to see him take her under his wing and propel such a young character forward.
