Cane has bent over backward trying to get Lily and his children home and the whole kidnapping has been a lie.
Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) has assured Cane that Lily is fine and she and the kids were never in danger at all. Lily had been playing Cane the whole time. Cane is bound to be furious. Cane is certainly going to have a few question for Lily.
Is Nikki Newman Telling The Truth?
Cane is certain to confront his ex-wife and demand answers that pertain to not only her “kidnapping” but that of her kids as well.
After all, Cane has been scrambling to get Lily and his kids back to Genoa City and out of Victor’s hands. Cane truly believed that his family was in danger and he will want to know if Lily willing went along with this lie.
Cane will likely hold out hope that Nikki is wrong and that Lily didn’t deceive him in this manner. How could Lily lie to him about the fate of her and their children?
Why would Lily go along with victor’s lie? Will Lily confess the truth when Cane demands answers from her and the kids?
How Could Lily Winters Use Her Children This Way?
Cane is not going to believe that the woman he once loved could use their children in this manner. Cane has been into a lot of situations but he has always tried to protect his children from the fall out.
Lily, on the other hand, has done nothing more than make then a part of Victor’s scheme against him.
Lily has even arranged to make a plan to get Chancellor back from Victor and it would be hilarious if Victor was to turn the tables and cut Lily out of the deal again. Lily deserves no better for her part in this lie. Has Lily put herself right back in the same position again?
Cane Ashby Hits Where It Counts
Now that Lily has stooped to new lows, Cane may certainly choose to do that same and ask Lily how she would feel if he had done this to her. Lily would go off the rails if Cane had done this to her and he is certain to call her out on it.
What would Lily do if Cane had done this to her? How would Lily deal with not knowing her their children were okay because he lied about their safety?
Cane would never have the heart to put Lily through this sort of trauma. Will Lily show any remorse for what she has done? How will Lily feel if Cane had done this to her?
