Adam Clarified He Doesn’t Like Michael Like Victor Does

Despite Michael presenting the Roman coin as a token of his regained trust from Victor, it appeared to leave Adam rather unimpressed.

In fact, Adam seems to be grappling with a hint of jealousy over the close relationship that Victor shares with Michael.

Adam Seems To View Michael As A Rival For His Father’s Attention

Now that Adam has committed himself to his father’s side, it appears he perceives Michael as a rival for Victor’s attention. Adam likely aspires to be the primary figure in the loyalty hierarchy, especially since he is more inclined to get his hands dirty when Victor requests it.

Although Michael has accused Adam of behaving like a “mob boss,” Adam has firmly reiterated his threat to destroy Michael if he ever betrays Victor.

Could it be that Y&R is subtly preparing the stage for Adam to uncover a betrayal and inform Victor-this is certainly a possibility worth pondering.

Particularly given that Michael is devising a plan with Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to pilfer the AI program and frame Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) for the crime.

Even If That Doesn’t Work, Michael Will Always Try To Save Victor From Himself

Even if that plan doesn’t pan out, Michael will inevitably work on some other plot to save Victor from himself. Although Michael always has Victor’s best interests at heart, Victor won’t see it that way if his manipulation comes to light. Adam may be just the person to expose what Michael is really up to if he keeps his promise.

 Since Adam will be watching Michael closely, he may score proof of Michael’s disloyalty and open Victor’s eyes to the rat down the road!
