Y&R Spoilers: A Dark Secret Is Hiding In Vegas — Something Wicked Waiting For Spider?

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is about to embark on a harrowing journey when he revisits his life as Spider in Las Vegas.

How do we know that his journey will test his very soul and threaten all the good things he has built up in GC? Because the show tells us so … every single day.

Newer fans may be out of the loop about the Spider-Guy drama so let’s revisit how Adam gained an alter ego and decipher what could happen when he walks into the lion’s den.

Young & Restless Backstory

In the present time, the Newman’s are being harassed and threatened by a not-dead Matt Clark (Roger Howarth). It just so happens that his former SO, Sienna Bacall (Tamara Braun) knows a girl, Riza, who knew Adam and is dealing drugs with Matt.

Riza’s a bad girl, a menace, and all of a sudden Adam needs to go to Vegas to meet with her and demand she turn over Matt.

The Adam & Riza Connection

Years ago, Adam went berserk after being caught in a cabin fire set by Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson).

A burned body was identified as Adam but eventually he wound up in Vegas with amnesia and using the name Spider. Spider worked with Riza to hustle gamblers out of their money.

Long story short, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) found Adam and he rebuilt his GC life. Fast forward to the present day and Adam is about to relive the trauma and drama that Spider wove.

Adam Revisits Spider-Guy

Adam will go with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) to find Matt despite his reservations and his loved ones’ urging him not to go.

Nothing good can come of this and based on the tortured dialogue we fully expect Adam to disintegrate and Spider to spring from the ashes about two hours after he arrives in Sin City.

Adam’s Dark Side
