Who Is Hudson On General Hospital

General Hospital spoilers reveal that on Thursday July 30, another new character waltzed in to Port Charles and was introduced as “Hudson.”

Previews reveal we will be seeing a lot of the mysterious newbie in upcoming scenes this summer.  But, who is Hudson and what’s he want in PC?

Hudson Parker Arrives

Troy Lennon Appel made his daytime soap opera debut as Hudson Parker on General Hospital last week.

After Hudson crossed paths with Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean), it became clear the two men know each other.

Rumor has it, Hudson Parker might even be Phoebe’s bio dad (who Ethan has been trying to hide the newborn from).

Appel recently sat down with TV Insider and dished on his new General Hospital character.  Per the Hudson portrayer, the new character is “a shady business man.”

The actor added, “So far, what I’ve played, this guy is way cooler than I am, so it’s been so cool to play him.

But he’s just been a force to be reckoned with so far, and I’m not even entirely sure as to all of his intentions in Port Charles. I’m excited to see where his journey goes, because I’m very lucky to be playing this character.”

Hudson VS Brooke Lynn And Chase

Troy Lennon Appel also dropped an interesting General Hospital spoiler during his TV Insider interview.

The actor revealed that he filmed a ton of scenes with Brooke Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Chase Hamilton (Josh Swickard).

It can’t be a coincidence that Hudson Parker knows Ethan Lovett, AND has something to discuss with Baby Phoebe’s foster parents.

He definitely has something to do with the tiny orphan that Brooke Lynn hopes to adopt.  There might be some truth to the rumors that he’s Baby Phoebe’s bio dad after all.
