Old Favorites Return
The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of January 19-23 reveal some old fan favorites returning to Genoa City.
First off, Melissa Ordway will reprise her Abby Winters role during the Friday, January 23 episode. Spoilers say that there’s trouble ahead for Abby and Devon, so what could this be about? Y&R viewers will have to tune in to find out.
Also returning during the January 23 show is Amy Lewis, as Valarie Pettiford will get more airtime. It sounds like Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) and Holden Novak (Nathan Owens) will respectively make amends with Amy.
Audra and Amy were once very close, and as Holden was once Amy’s son, Damian Kane’s (Jermaine Rivers) best friend, it’s nice that the three are coming together again.
Lastly, Kate Linder will be seen, as Esther Valentine pops back into storylines during the week of January 19-23.
Additional Casting Notes
The Young and the Restless fans haven’t consistently seen Mariah Copeland on canvas for a while now. While she has had appearances here and there, she hasn’t been on the show regularly, so viewers will be happy to hear that Camryn Grimes will reprise the role this week.
During the January 23 episode, Mariah will get a haunting message. Will this come from Ian Ward (Ray Wise)?
In related news, Cait Fairbanks will be seen as Tessa Porter; however, it sounds like Tessa will likely have scenes with Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei), and not Mariah – but only time will tell. Are you #TeamMariah or #TeamDaniel when it comes to Tessa?
