Taylor Frankie Paul Opens Up About Her Romantic Life Following Dakota Mortensen Split
Drama from ‘The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ is about to spill onto the Bachelorette with the season 4 of the hit reality TV show coming to town.
Though we don’t know the full details yet – mind you, trailer things – Taylor Frankie Paul was captured in bed with ex ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen. Of course this is coming weeks before filming for ‘The Bachelorette’ will kick off.
In fact, in the trailer, we get a glimpse of Taylor’s final weeks before she has to head to ‘The Bachelor’ mansion in California.
“It’s been a year since I broke up with Dakota,” Taylor says in the trailer released on Wednesday, February 18. “It’s time for me to do whatever I want to do — with whoever I want to do.”
On Dakota’s side, he’s left complaining, “Taylor does things to see if she can have control over me.”
Okay, then in a blink and you might miss it moment, the footage shows us Dakota and Taylor in bed, seemingly moments after they were done hooking up. Needless to say, fans were not in the least bit amused.

“She’s not going to find anyone because of Dakota, she can’t stay out of bed with him,” one fan commented on a Reddit thread, adding, “If I was one of the guys on her season and found out she just slept with her baby daddy before filming, I’d leave.”
Another agreed: “Yeah we all know how the season will go. She will have dates where the other Mormon wives show up and are part of the show, Dakota will show up..she’ll sleep with him.”
Amidst angry rants from fans who are insisting they’d rather not watch, one fan complained, “I can’t stand couples like this especially when there are children involved.”
Touching on Taylor’s upcoming jaunt on ‘The Bachelorette,’ another fan blasted: “Yeah I hate that she’s the bachelorette and not even because she is not from the franchise and already a reality star – it’s because she isn’t actually looking to get married or ready to be at all. I watch some reality shows just for the silly drama but this one I would hope they at least can convince me they are there “for the right reasons.”
