Janelle Brown Stuns Fans With Instagram Post

Janelle revealed a new romance on her Instagram on August 18, 2026. The 57 year old Sister Wives star announced that four years after leaving Kody, she now has a new boyfriend and wanted to introduce him to fans.

Janelle shared a selfie of her and her new boyfriend stating the following on her Instagram post. “Some chapters are meant to unfold quietly before they’re shared. I wasn’t looking. I certainly wasn’t expecting you. And somehow, you turned out to be exactly what I didn’t know I needed. And it has been pretty wonderful.” Janelle ended her post by introducing this new man in her life with, “Everyone please meet Pete.”

Janelle Brown Was With Kody Brown 29 Years

Janelle married and became Kody’s 2nd wife in 1993 and the two went on to have six children together. Of course, Meri Brown was his first wife and Christine Brown followed in 1994.

Of course, Janelle lost her son Garrison Brown to suicide in March 2024. Most of Kody’s children had been estranged from him since Covid began.

Christine chose to leave Kody in 2021 and Janelle followed her in 2022. Meri was the last to leave and that didn’t occur until 2023.

However Meri legally divorced Kody in 2014 to allow him to legally marry Robyn Brown and adopt her three children from a previous marriage. Eventually, the original three wives realizes that Kody was only loyal to one wife and moved on.

Christine Brown went on to marry David Woolley in a ceremony with almost all of the family’s children attending in November 2023. Meri Brown was seen dating on the last season of Sister Wives.

However, Janelle had been more hesitant about moving on with her life. Instead, Janelle chose to move closer to her daughter in North Carolina and start a flower farm.
