Sister Wives Mykelti Worried a Patreon Video Might Cancel the Show

Sister Wives spoilers reveal that Mykelti Brown recently did a interview where she revealed how a Patreon video could come back to haunt her. This has lead to more speculation about what is going on with the show.

Mykelti Brown Discusses Sister Wives

Viewers were introduced to the Brown family in 2010, when the TLC series, Sister Wives first premiered.

At the time, the family consisted of Kody Brown, Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, and Christine Brown and their 12 children and one on the way. Kody was courting Robyn Brown at the time who had three children of her own.

Mykelti, of course, is now Mykelti Padron as she married Antonio Padron in 2016. Mykelti is the second daughter of Kody and Christine.

Mykelti also used to be very close to her father and Robyn, a relationship that has fallen apart in recent years. Mykelti and Tony have three of the Brown grandchildren, a daughter and set of twins.

An Interview That Could Impact Paychecks

Mykelti recently did an interview with The Sarah Fraser Show where she discussed a video that she thought could affect the show and their paychecks negatively.

The video was concerning Meri and they were worried that the wording Mykelti used on the video could end up causing the show to be canceled.

Mykelti refused to repeat the wording during the interview because of the problems they had anticipated before.

Mykelti explained, “So I’m going to say it without saying it. At the beginning of our Patreon, I [said] a word that Meri did to us kids. And because of that word, it caused a ton of backlash and a ton of negative stuff. And we got in, like, severe trouble [with] family [and] other people.”

Worrying About Finance Concerns

Mykelti says her family was not too happy with the video at the time. The family believed that the video could cause issues with the royalties from the show.

Mykelti shared, “Like, it was like, ‘Don’t say that word.’ ‘Cause the word can completely end the entire show, it could end all of our income, it could make investigations happen.”

Some site believe this was where Meri was referred to as abusive and this was backed up by several other siblings as well. However, Mykelti, never repeated the word she used and never confirmed the exact video throughout the conversation.

However, Christine admitted that Meri’s behavior toward Mykelti is what eventually led to the end of Meri and Christine’s friendship according to the show tell all.
