Prince Harry & Meghan ‘Growing Desperate’ Over Hollywood Setbacks, Says Tom Bower

Tom Bower did not hold back in his book, ‘Betrayal: Power, Deceit and the Fight for the Future of the Royal Family,’ which provided a microscopic view into the struggles of one Meghan Markle and her husband, Prince Harry.

During his appearance on GB News with Jacob Rees-Mogg, the renowned Royal biographer talked about what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Hollywood dreams look like now, as opposed to a few years ago.

Tom Bower Says Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Are Lacking For Cash After Netflix Allegedly Cut Them Off

Earlier this month, we learned that Netflix has decided to cut its losses and dump Meghan Markle’s lifestyle brand, As Ever. Shortly after, a Variety article revealed that the streaming giant has gone as far as to cut all ties with the Sussexes.

Speaking with Rees-Mogg, Bower said: “When I finished my last bool on them, called Revenge, they were about to become really famous and very rich with a Netflix series, the Oprah Winfrey interview, Harry’s book an amazing bestseller, all the rest of it. And after that was the slow decline as Hollywood and America and the rest of the world became somewhat tired of their grievances and became sceptical.”

“The worst thing of all happened, of course, to Meghan – she wanted to invent herself as a domestic goddess and her two Netflix series just crashed. The sale of her flower sprinkles and wines and jams and all that did not take off.”

He added: “So now the book really is about their bid, over the last five years, to stay on top – whether it’s in royal tours in Columbia and Nigeria, whether it’s about the making of the Netflix series…”

Tom Bower Claims the Sussexes Need Britain To Soar Again

Prince Harry is out here telling us he wants a summer vacay at Sandringham Castle with his wife and children, and Tom Bower is at GB News spilling that he’s merely grown desperate enough to realize he needs Britain.

“At the moment, they’ve got to the point where they’re desperate. They’re desperate for money, because their source of income – Netflix – has cut them off. They’re desperate because they need royal validation or re-validation. For that they need to come back to Britain,” Bower shared.

In addition, he claimed that “The real thing is that they want to come back. They want to stand next to King Charles at the Birmingham Invictus Games, and that is a real problem for the Royal Family.”
