Nancy Lee Grahn Cancels Meet-And-Greet – Why?

General Hospital (GH) star Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) took to social media this weekend and told her ABC soap followers that she had to cancel a meet-and-greet. Well, that seemed unusual as she’s not unwell. But, there seemed to be a very good reason for it. Read on for more details.

On Sunday, when Nancy Lee Grahn shared her reel on Instagram, she told her fans that she was in New York.

Then, she spoke about the weather and how much warmer it is there than back home. However, her message also involved the cancellation of her event.

If you don’t know, she’d been in Boston. Back in January, she told her ABC soap fans that the February 21 event would be an opportunity to discuss the way the Trump Administration governs the country.

Notably, she also said, “We will be exercising our 1st Amendment Rights and talking about whatever the **** we wanna talk about.”

That happened, but in New York, the bad news came that a scheduled event for “Long Island” the next day was canceled. Still, there’s another one rescheduled for “Saturday, February 28,” and she generously offered extra tickets to make up for it.

Why It Was Canceled

Well, the meetup event for Long Island was canceled because of serious weather concerns. According to Nancy Lee Grahn, they were “predicting a blizzard.”

Commenting about that, the real-life Alexis Davis added, “I mean, 20 inches of snow and I really don’t wanna put people in danger.” Then, she said she “wanted everyone safe,” because of “a lot of snow.”

GH Fans React

Of course, her General Hospital fans appreciated the hope that everyone would be safe. Plus, many of them hoped that Nancy Lee Grahn also remains safe in the predicted bad weather.
