Buddy Bell is expecting a little one and he shared the big adorable news with cute images. I’m talking about a cake with blue icing and a sonogram placed inside a basket of flowers.

He also included a lovely picture of the soon-to-be parents, surrounded by family and friends.

In case the blue icing wasn’t enough to clue you in on the gender of the baby, he captioned the post with, “Luby Francis Bell IV coming this October!”

The excited mother-to-be was not exempt from the announcement, as she took to her own Instagram page to share, “Baby Boy Bell due October 2026.”

Red hearts and congratulatory messages were the order of the day in the comments section of both posts. “THIS IS AMAZING!!! Congratulations to you both!!!!” one wrote, while another added, “What a blessing!”

Buddy has always shared his joy in finding his true love in Courtney with fans. In October 2025, he shared a cheeky post to mark their second wedding anniversary. The emotional post also provided some insight into their marriage dynamics.

“Two years of marriage and she still likes me!” he wrote at the time. “Thank you for making every day feel like a slumber party. Thank you for all those sweet smiles I get to look at. Thank you for going to church with me and evolving with me. Thank you for helping me be a little less insane.”

He continued with his signature humor, writing, “I would fold all the towels you asked me to, but thank you for not asking me to. I love, love, love, LOVE you! You’re everything. Happy anniversary!”

Buddy is a long-time friend of Whitney Thore, who, in season 13 of the TLC show, revealed that she’s interested in building a family of her own and tried artificial insemination in an attempt to get pregnant.

Sadly, when the season came to end in September 2025, she was yet to get a positive pregnancy test.
