Meghan Markle Dumps Hundreds Of Jars of Unsold Jams At Netflix HQ

In 2025, after several years of branding and rebranding, Meghan Markle finally pushed ahead and launched her lifestyle brand, As Ever.

At the time, its launch was supported by a Netflix cooking show, ‘With Love, Meghan.’ It was later revealed that the streaming giant also had an interest in the brand and will be serving as its marketing partner in the US.

When Netflix opened several warehouses in some designated US locations, it was immediately believed that it would house As Ever brand products – though no one could guess at the time it would mean free jams for staff.

According to a Page Six source, Netflix HQ is overrun with so much jams, staff members are taking it home by the dozens. Here’s everything we know about the situation.

Source Claims As Ever Products Are Selling Slowly

If indeed there are thousands of As Ever products just sitting in a warehouse, then Meghan has frightfully overestimated the market size for her lifestyle brand.

Early this year, news emerged that there are thousands of jams, wines, flower sprinkles, candles and other As Ever products in stock, leading many to mock the Duchess’ business and brand it a “failure.”

In defense, an As Ever spokesperson chimed up to reveal that the reason for the stock size came from their desire to expand to other territories.

But this may not exactly define the reality of As Ever, which is said to be struggling to sell products it’s basically being given out for free.

“Apparently, there are two storage rooms packed with As ever product. They’re literally just giving it away to employees — one (staffer) walked out with 10 products for free.” A second source stated: “There’s so much overstock.”

Nevertheless, another source also claimed that the products were moved out of Netflix HQ, with the few remaining ones meant to be distributed for sampling purposes, rather than to be sold for consumer consumption.

Regardless of reports claiming that there are 650,000 As Ever products in stock, Meghan maintains that her brand’s products are selling out fast. Speaking on Bloomberg’s The Circuit, she revealed, “When you sell out that quickly, actually, it’s a double-edged sword, because it’s an incredible thing to happen for any small business and any startup, and at the same time, you don’t get the same metrics and learnings about which products are the most coveted, because it’s all gone immediately.”

The company is yet to officially publish its sales figures.
