Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Accused of Wasting Hollywood Opportunities

In 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle landed in America with big dreams and an even bigger clout. I mean, deals with Netflix, Spotify, and Penguin right off the bat is a pretty strong start to any career.

Sadly, it started feeling like a bit of a downhill from there. They lost their lucrative Spotify deal a year in, and five years later, they’re currently engaged in a slow death spin with Netflix.

In addition to this, it’s been reported that A-listers are actively avoiding them. In this weather, how do they survive enough to take their brand to the global level it once was prepped to become?

Meghan Markle Has Reportedly Fallen Out With A Number of A-list Celebrities

According to royal expert Phil Dampier, Meghan has a growing list of high profile figures she’s fallen out with. Of course, you know this means fewer closed deals and opportunities to scale within the industry.

For example, after Spotify pulled the plug on Meghan’s podcast, she shopped around and landed with Lemonada. But these days, the list of companies, executives and stars willing to stand beside her is dwindling at an alarming rate.

He told the Daily Mail: “An appearance at the Met Gala would have given her a boost. Where were the Sussexes? To reportedly fall out with Lauren Sanchez Bezos, the Kardashians and the iconic Dame Anna Wintour is quite a feat.”

Dampier continued, “I think people in America have generally fallen out of love with Harry and Meghan.”

This is coming after it was reported that Anna Wintour neglected extending an invite to Meghan because of her controversial image. “People are just kind of over her. She sucks the air out of every room and makes it about herself. Anna does not want that,” the source revealed at the time.

In the same way, fans are speculating that the Duchess’s friendship with Serena Williams has either soured or considerably cooled down.

One of the reasons for the speculations is related to what fans call a “botched” As Ever promo post shared by the Tennis star, and the second is the fact that her sister Venus Williams was a co-chair at the Met Gala, and Meghan was still not able to squeeze through the invite list.

Serena is also currently dabbling with another British nobility, and they seem to have bonded over a podcast chat.
